Chapter 2
"D-did I make you do this to yourself?" I turn around and see Kacchan standing at the door. "How much did you see?" "I came in to use the bathroom then saw you cutting yourself. Did I make you do this to yourself?" I push Kacchan out of the way and run to get my bag. I shove the pencil case in and grab my phone. "DEKU!" I call Pa and he answers. "Zuku, are you okay?" "Come pick me up right now." "DEKU!" I run out the door with my bag. "Izuku who was screaming Deku?" "Kacchan." "I'm on my way right now." I turn around when I hear the door open. "Okay gotta go bye!" I hang up the phone. "DEKU ANSWER ME!" I look around and start to run the way I came yesterday. I turn around and Kacchan stopped chasing me but outside Jirous house people were starting to gather outside. I pull out my phone and tell Pa to park a block away.
I sneak around and hide in a bush by the entrance. "Bakugou why were you screaming Deku?! And where is Midoriya Ribbit?" I peek through to see tears forming at Kacchans eyes. Kirishima walks up and tells everyone to give him space. Kirishima goes in front of Kacchan and puts his hand on his cheek. "Bakugou what happened? You never cry?" "It was... deku." Kirishimas eyes widen. "D-did he do something to you?" "No not to me.." "Do you want to go somewhere private Bakugou?" He looks at Kirishima. Before I could hear his answer my phone buzzed. I pulled it out.
Pa: Okay I parked a block away. You on your way?
Midoriya: Yeah I'm coming rn. Thanks Pa.
Pa: No problem.
Midoriya: Can you not tell Dad anything yet? Not until after school today at least?
Pa: Sure Zuku.
I close my phone and sneak away from the house again. I run a block and see Dads car. I jump in the front seat and throw my bag in the back of the car. "What happened so that I had to pick you up so early?" "K-kacchan saw my cuts. I freaked out and called you to pick me up." "Oh... Did he tell your friend?" "I have no idea. But I think he might tell Kirishima... Guess I'll have to wait tell school to find out." I look at Pa and a smile spreads on his face. "Lets say we get lost on our way home and end up buying breakfast for the three of us?" I smile at my genius of a dad. "Hmmm but wouldn't Dad get worried if he wakes up, finds you and the car not there?" "He'll text my and i'll tell him I went to pick you up." I smile bigger. "Then lets do it."

"Dad were home!" I bring the bag of food into the kitchen and set the table. Pa goes into there room and pulls Dad out to the table. "Oh come on I just had to do ONE more thing!" "It's Breakfast time so SIT." Shota sits down at the table and we start to eat. "Izuku, why did Hizashi pick you up so early?" "O-oh um cause I woke up and wanted to get home before school started. Plus were moving into the dorms this morning. Which reminds my I need to pack!" I quickly eat my breakfast then run to my room. I grab a suitcase and start to put clothes in. I grab my mouth things and shove them in. I grab my hairbrush, deodorant, and shampoo and conditioner. I grab my hero notebook and put it in too. I recheck it 3 times to make sure I have everything. I close it up and bring it out to the living room.
Dad and Pa already got into there hero suits and were ready to go. "Come on Zuku, time for you to see the dorms!" I go outside and put my suitcase in the car. I get in the backseat and pull out my phone. I have notifications from the 1-A group chat. They were all asking why I had left. So Kacchan didn't tell them, but he probably told Kirishima. After I read through all the texts I just said I had to get home cause it was far away and I didn't pack for the dorms yet. I grab my earphones and play music. When I feel the car stop I look around and were at UA. I put away my headphones and get out of the car. I grab my suitcase. "Hizashi has to do something so i'll take you to the dorm rooms." I nod my head and we start walking. When we get there I see a big H shaped building with the words 1-A and Alliance.
"Dang Dad, These are really big." He nods and starts walking into the building. I follow him as he goes to the elevator. "As you know you are dorming with Shoto Todoroki. You dorm room is 12. If there's any problems tell me okay?" "Okay Dad." I kiss his cheek. "See you in homeroom!" I pull my suitcase towards my room. I open the door and can't believe my eyes. When you walk into the room you see a couch, coffee table, and a TV. You can see two doors which I'm guessing are mine and Todorokis rooms. in front of one of the rooms is a door. I open it's the bathing room. I go back to the living room area and lay down on the couch.
So comfy. I hear the door open and Todoroki is standing there. "Hello Todoroki!" I wave to him as he pulls in his suitcase. "Hello Midoriya. I see we are roommates. I am glad it's you and not Mineta." Todoroki shakes his head and I laugh. "Which room is yours?" I point to my suitcase by the wall. "Haven't choose yet, thought I'd let my roommate choose first. I don't really care." "Me neither." I pull out a quarter and sit up. "Heads or tails?" "Tails?" I flip the coin in the air then catch it. "It landed an Tails, your pick!" He points to the one on the left side and I nod. I get up and pull my suitcase into the right room.
I put my suitcase on the bed. There's a desk facing Todorokis room and a bed in the corner. There's a balcony on the side of the bed. I start unpacking my stuff. When I finish I go out to the balcony and go to the railing. I take a deep breath in, then smile. I hear foot steps behind me. "It's almost time for school. We should get going." I turn around and nod. Me and Todoroki start walking to the school. "Why did you leave the party in such a rush, and why was Bakugou shouting your name?" I look at Todoroki." Like I said in the group chat, I had to get ready for moving into the dorms." "But why was Bakugou shouting Deku?" I look at the ground. "I-i can't really say right now...." I look back at Todoroki. "Whenever you feel like telling me, I will listen." I smile at Todoroki. "Thanks." We walk to the large 1-A door. I take a deep breath in. If Bakugou is in there he will definitely yell at me and want me to explain. If he's not in there he'll do the same thing when he walks in.
I open the door and walk in. I look around and Bakugou isn't in there yet. Neither is Kirishima. They must still be at the dorms or on the way here. I see the girl wave me to come to Minas desk. I walk towards them. "Yes?" I see Mina scribbling down something in a notebook. She holds it up to me. "Operation Tododeku!" My face goes red. "W-whats Tododeku?" Of course I know what it is but lets play dumb for a bit. "You and Todoroki! Me and the Girls are gonna try to get you too together!" "B-but Todoroki doesn't like me!" Uraraka giggles a bit then pulls out her phone. I look at the picture on the screen. It's a picture of from when Me and Todoroki were at the party, and I feel asleep on his shoulder. My face gets even redder when I see the redness on Todorokis checks well he's looking kindly at me.
Uraraka put her phone away. "He definitely likes you-" I hear the door slam open. Fuck... "DEKU!" I turn around to see an angry Bakugou. Shit shit shit shit- "Bakugou, calm down!" "NO I WILL NOT CALM DOWN UNTIL THIS DAMN NERD EXPLAINS TO ME OF WHAT I SAW AT THE PARTY!" I look at Kirishima and ask with my eyes "Did he tell you?" look. Kirishima nods with a sad look on his face. "I-i'll tell you after class Kacchan. It looks like he's about to say something else when Kirishima whispers something into his ear. He sighs. "Tch, your lucky I didn't burn you right there you damn nerd." They go and sit in there seats and I do the same. (TIME SKIP TO LUNCH)

When the lunch bell rings I pull Kacchan and Kirishima around the corner. "Is it true? Do you really cut yourself?" I look at them both and pull my sleeves up. "Deku is it cause of me?" "N-no Kacchan! I-it's not cause of you..." I look at the ground. Kirishima looks at Kacchan then me. "Then why do you cut?" "I-My mother passes when I was in middle school, and I have had nightmares of what happened ever since. I hear voice and pain takes away that memory..." Kirishima wraps me in a hug. "It's okay Midoriya. We won't tell anyone if you don't want us to, right Bakugou?" "Yeah I guess? Wait deku is that why you moved school?" "Y-yeah. I moved middle school cause I got adopted by my dads." Kirishima pulls away from the hug. "Well we're gonna go eat lunch now. Bye Midoriya!"
I wave bye to them. I walk to wheres I usually sit I pull out my phone when I get a text.
MIDORIYA HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE OPERATION TODODEKU CHAT
Midoriya: You guys made a group chat for this?!
Mina: Sure did!
Uraraka: Okay FIRST! How to get Tododeku on a date, any ideas girls?
Tuysu: How about we tell him it's just a hang out? Like a friend+friend hang out ribbit?
Hagakure: Yeah that's a good idea!
Midoriya :I'm going to go eat lunch. Text what you guys gonna do okay?
Mina: Yes Yes, now go eat lunch.
I turn off my phone and eat my rice. 5 minutes later I hear the bell ring. I grab my backpack and go to Dads class. I see dad laying on the floor in his sleeping bag. I go to my seat and Dad stands up. "Today you guys will pick where you intern at for the week. Iida pass out the papers. I need these turned in by Wednesday morning. Now let me sleep." I get a paper from Iida and thank him. I look at the list of places to go. By the time the bell rings I still haven't choose. I sigh and pack up my backpack. I walk out of the classroom and go towards the office. I walk up to all might and tap his shoulder.
"Hey All Might?" "Yes Young Midoriya?" "Didn't you say that Gran Torino was your teacher?" "Yes he was one teacher who helped me with my quirk, why do you ask?" "Well I say his name on the intern paper and wanted to go..." "Sure Midoriya but Gran Torino was a pretty ruff teacher, are you sure you want to go to his intern?" I nod my head then bow to him. "Bye All Might!" I run out of the office and towards the dorm rooms. When I get there I see Todoroki on the couch watching TV. "Hi Todoroki!" He looks at me. "Hi Midoriya." "Did you pick your internship yet?" Todoroki nods his head. "I decided to intern at my fathers work place."
"Have you picked yet Midoriya?" "Yeah, well i'm pretty sure I wanna go to Gran Torinos intern." "Wanna watch a movie?" "Sure Todoroki-kun! I'll go make popcorn well you pick a movie." I go downstairs to the kitchen and grab a popcorn bag. When it's finished popping I grab it and put it into a bowl then go back up. I hand the popcorn to Todoroki. "What are we watching?" "I thought we would finish the 4th Star Wars, since you feel asleep last time." I nod my head and go sit on the couch. I put my hand in the bowl and eat some popcorn. When we finish the movie we go into our dorms to do some homework.
It's around 6:55pm when I come out. I see a note on the coffee table and there's food bye it. The note said that Todoroki got food and this was mine. When I finished eating it I go into my dorm room and grab a towel and change of clothes. I knock on Todorokis door. "Yes?" "Just wanted to say I was going to go shower, and thanks for dinner. "No problem Midoriya-kun." I go to the bathroom and undress myself. I hop intl the shower and start washing myself. When I get out I go get dressed in my Pjs. I lay down in my bed, and the nightmares happen.
