Prologue - The Assignment
The atmosphere in the room was the same as always... or maybe it wasn’t, Toga never really paid attention and she didn’t really care. The League of Villains sat crowded together listening to Shiggy, Toga swung her feet backwards and forwards as they discussed the upcoming heroes licensing exam.
“Toga, I want you to infiltrate the exam using your quirk,” Shigaraki stated.
“Okie dokie Shi,” Toga grinned, “I still have some blood from one of the U.A girls.”
He seemed to think for a little bit before responding, “No rather not use someone from U.A, they’ve been on their guard ever since the incident with that temperamental kid. We’re going to have to find someone from one of the other schools whom you can impersonate.”
“Want me to see what information I can find on the other participating schools and kids?” Dabi asked; speaking for the first time since they had joined together to meet.
“It’s fine,” Shigaraki reassured the scarred man, “I’ve already gathered some files that may be useful. Toga, have a look through these and make your choice, try to find a student that you can pass off as fairly easily even without being able to use their quick.”
He tossed a bunch of files onto the floor between them – a file for each school- the contents sliding out slightly. Without another word he got up and walked out of the room, most of the members taking that as the signal to leave as well.
“Hai Hai Shiggy.” Toga called out cheerfully after him and crawled over to the pile of papers pouting slightly, “You didn’t have to make a mess of them though.”
“Would you like me to help you? Too bad we aren’t going too!” Toga looked behind her to see Twice standing there with his hands in his pockets. She giggled.
“Sure why not, let’s find the best person to make Shiggy happy. Maybe I’ll even make a new friend.”
