It’s the forty fourth time the boss has killed me or maybe the forty fifth... forty perhaps? It’s hard to keep track. This lollipop is delicious. I think I’ll have to buy more candy after school or else I’ll have to move into my emergency supplies hidden all around the school. The sound of a villainous laugh brings my attention back to my game. The loading scene after your death is way too long honestly how do they expect people to stay focused on the game? And it’s a black screen not even an image. My lollipop is almost done. The boss is monologuing again. That’s another thing why do I have to watch this monologue each time it’s not even funny. As I’m looking down at the game I notice a shadow on the floor, it’s too late now. My gaming console clatters to the floor just as the boss finishes his monologue, and the you lose sound quickly fills the hall. Now am I going to have watch it again. Ughhhh. I bend down to pick up the console.
“Aren’t you going to apologize?” A deep voice. Angry too. I laugh as I stand back up. Must be a first year well this is the perfect distraction while I wait for my game to load.
“No.” I move to skip away, but he grabs me by my animal hoodie. He bends down and pulls my face close to his. I’m laughing in his face now. He’s pissed over something so simple. I wonder if any spit got in his face as I laugh. This is great. I cannot stop laughing even as he slams my back into the wall.
“Shut up before I....” He pauses mid-sentence. I stop laughing now. There is three of them, students from my election committee. Their faces are all dark under their animal hoods. They step forward, approaching us. He drops me, and starts moving away quickly. A girl approaches me, one of my members.
“Do you wish for us to go after him?” Her voice is monotone.
“No that was simply too funny.” I’m laughing this truly amazing, but wasn’t this interference. This doesn’t sound very neutral. I dislike that very much. “And besides that wouldn’t be neutrality, now would it.” My voice is cold. “Oh good the monologue is complete.”
Right dodge, jump over fire, slider under the fire, left dodge. Use x to fire. Shield. Left dodge. Right dodge.
Jump. Slide. Slide again. Shield. Use x to fire. Run to other side of screen, and hide behind rock during his power combo move. Use x to fire. Use x to fire again. Left dodge. Slide then jump. Use x to fire. And the pattern repeats. Twice more. This the furtherest
I have gotten he only has a sliver of life left. I run towards him and press x to attack. I win. Yes. A treat. A treat is needed. Naturally of course. Twenty pieces of candy aren’t enough. I need the twenty first one. I start skipping to my nearest candy location. Location number 5. One must always know the nearest candy location. It’s just a known fact. I mean what if I have an emergency in which candy was required like if someone started taking about something boring.
The hallway location 5 is in is normally empty expect recently some members of Kirari’s family have taken it over. Luckily they did not choose the room with my hiding spot that simply wouldn’t have worked. Perhaps a would have even broken my true neutrality. If candy can’t lure me away from my ideals, then nothing can. No one can have my candy. Despite it being a rather a desolate place I still hear footsteps. I stop skipping, and peak around the corner. Sayaka huh? Oh this is too great. She knocks on Terano’s room. This day is hysterical. I can barely hold back my laughter. She may have ignored my footsteps or missed them, but Sayaka wouldn’t miss a laugh. Perhaps my comment the other day was true Sayaka is throwing Kirari away. I can’t hold the laughter in, but the door is shut now.
What to do? Keep it secret or tell Kirari? How to remain neutral? To say it nothing would be to side with them and to tell would be to side with Kirari. The only choice is go to with the one I want after-all what do be more neutral than helping yourself. Ahhh this is will great. Can too much laughing kill you?
