Beware Flying Sharps
Gomez and Morticia Addams politely greeted their guests, as they filed into the main dining hall. Everyone was equally bloody, having just returned from a particularly gruelling game of archery. First were the Holmes siblings - Mycroft, Sherlock, his partner Moriarty, and Eurus. All lovely sociopaths, tied to Morticia's side of the family through Moriarty. The Peverells, from both sides, were next - Hadrian, his partner Marvolo, Luna, and Severus (who, was actually a relative of Morticia himself). Hadrian was related to Gomez through blood, though he discovered this long after Moriticia became his sister. The Lecters entered last - Abigail, Hannibal, and Will. Will, like Harry and Moriarty, had a sister in the form of Morticia. The three Addams children were already seated, and eagerly attempting fratricide.
"Myc, Lock, dears, how is Mummy dearest doing?" Morticia inquired, accepting the chair Gomez offered her.
Eurus wasn't asked as she didn't contact their parents. In fact, they thought her dead. She was distracted anyway, trying to embed a blade in Will's husband.
"Last time I checked, she was just fine," Mycroft answered. "Lock still hasn't told her about James, though."
"Prat," Sherlock murmured to his narc of a brother.
"He tried to!" Moriarty, unhelpfully put in. "But he got anxious and faked having a murder to investigate. Of course, I couldn't let my Lockie be made a liar, so a body soon followed."
"Oh my," Morticia put in, laughing internally.
Sherlock merely dropped his head to the table, a wise decision, as Wednesday had aimed a knife straight for his forehead. The blade added to the other cuts in Sherlock's chair.
Moriarty winked at his niece-in-law, mouthing, Good shot.
Meanwhile, Gomez was involved in a conversation with the Peverells.
"Toppled any empires lately, my good sir?" Gomez asked Tom.
Gomez received only a smirk in response.
Harry cut in, laughing, "I think he's gotten lazy in old age. He hasn't led a battle for ages, now!"
Tom levelled his husband with a glare, while his sister-in-law giggled. Severus was silent, as usual.
Hannibal, tired of being used as a target, encouraged Abigail to exact revenge on Eurus. The ladies gleefully tossed daggers and shuriken at one another, leaving the Lecter couple to gaze into one another's eyes. This act nearly landed them impaled by both Sherlock and Severus.
