Did a green witch catch your eye, but you don't know how to woo her? While this case may be scandalacious, specially that even a green girl wouldn’t exist, there are a few things you can do to increase your chances of success. Read this wonderfully guide to how to woo your green girl.
Things you should know
- Show her that you don’t care about her verdigris. Don’t repeat my mistake.
- Maintain eye contact while you talk to her to show her that you’re paying attention. Plus, if you want to say something and/or want something, but you don’t want to tell her, raise your eyebrowns. Communicate with them while you maintain eye contact with your green girl.
- Show off your natural charm. Plus, if you toss toss your hair in the right moment, you’ll increase your chances of success.
After she realized her own feelings for Elphaba, Galinda was “acting strange”. After class, she was at the book place, writting and reading everything that would help her to woo Elphaba Thropp.
She was confident about her rizz, even she was pretty aware that, with one toss of her perfect hair, every boy and girl would kneel before her, melting just for her.
But no. Her heart decided that she belonged to a certain emerald witch. And she was aware that it would be quite complicated, but she wasn’t afraid.
No. Once Galinda made up her mind, she would do whatever it takes to have what she wanted. Even spend most of her precious time in that hideoteous place.
In this case, she wanted Elphaba pretty bad. But it doesn’t matter, she’ll do it for her.
With a renewed determination, she continued in that boring place, making a foolproof plan to woo her roommate.
Part 1 of 3: making an impression
Break the ice. This can seem terrifying to do, but once you have done this, holding a conversation and laughing will be easy, and you will be able to marry her in no time! There are lots of different ways that you can break the ice, but just remember to make a good first impression. You don't want her to remember you for being a jerk or worst, makes her to loathe you!
Galinda felt quite confident with this step. Sure, she made Elphaba’s life a “little” uncomfortable, but who can blame her? She was dealing with this thrillifying feeling so fervid as a flame. But now, she was pretty sure to gain Elphaba’s heart.
So, how can you break the ice with a lovely cabbage? The book place? Never. History class? Next. Cafeteria? Nope, she’ll drag so much attention and it’ll scare her prey. So, there was only one place that she’ll make her first move.
It was Friday afternoon. Classes were over, so it was a matter of time to see her dear roommate enter in their room, so Galinda waited near her vanity, arranges and rearranges her perfumes, glitter jars, mascara pencils and everything she uses for her skincare routine. She wasn’t desperate to see Elphaba. Nope. Nuh - uh. She was… doing feng shui! Yes! Feng shui only on her vanity.
After an eternity, she heard quite footsteps approaching to her room. Her stomach made a strange flip as she grabbed her perfume and waited.
When Elphaba entered to their shared room, she applied perfume on herself as she was staring at the reflection of the mirror in her vanity. In that spot, she was able to see every reaction of her roommate, who was standing motionless at the entrance of their room.
After bathing herself with lot of perfume, Elphaba spoke to her, showing some concern on her voice.
“Are you ok?”
“I’m perfectly normal, Miss Elphaba. Why do you ask” Galinda asked as she bats her eyelashes through the reflextion of her mirror.
“You’re acting… off.” She added as she entered their shared room, closing the door behind her.
She puts her perfume in the vanity and then she was focusing on her skincare routine.
“Off? Me? What a hideoteous accusation, Miss Elphaba.”
She was clearly not following every moment Elphaba was doing. Every step the green witch made, Galinda would notice.
“You’re staring.” Deadpaned Elphaba as she grabbed one of her books.
Galinda was caught.
“Certainly not” Said with innocence.
“Then why can I see your eyes following me?” Asked Elphaba as she raised one of her eyebrowns.
“W-well…” Your beauty face distracts me? No, she wouldn’t say that out loud “I was wondering… what an artichoke would do every Friday night, that’s all.”
Elphaba rolled her eyes as she sits down on her bed, book in hand. Then, without looking directly at Galinda, she said.
“See? You’re not yourself, Miss Galinda. In this week, I’ve seen you in the library more times than the entire semester. Studying, no less! I’m afraid that, anytime soon, you’ll wear glasses and” Elphaba gasped in mock surprise “begins to study with me to improve your notes!”
Galinda chuckles a little, then continued with her beauty routine.
“I didn´t entered Shiz with only my beauty, Miss Elphaba.” A soft smirk appeared on the witch´s lips, and Galinda noticed it “I can study hard, too”
Elphaba blinked once. Twice. Then added after a gasp.
“Who are you and what happened with my roommate?!”
After a moment of silence, they laughed.
“That was funny, Miss Elphaba.” She admitted.
The green witch nods silently at her, then she laid down on her bed, book in hand and begans to read it. Her face, now serious, catched Galinda’s full attention: the way her eyebrows frown a little when she catched something in that hideoteous book, how her lips purse in a thin line when she tries to focus in a specific line, and how-
“You’re staring again.” Deadpaned Elphaba as she turned one page of her book.
Galinda cleared her throat and turned her attention to her own reflection. Somehow, she felt that she, finally, broke the ice with her roommate.
