Chapter 1
Location: St.Freya Academy
Date: 10/03/2014
Four months, that’s how long it’s been since Kiana, Mei and Bronya were saved from Nagazora and were brought back to St.Fraya academy under the care of Major Murata Himeko, Captain of the Hyperion.
This particular day would be an interesting day after all, it’s not everyday that someone transfers into St.Freya academy, and even less so that the person transferring in was a male. moreover for it to be the Principal’s own son no less.
While St.Freya was by no means an all girls academy however 99% of the students studying there are female and the remaining 1% are male, at least officially, unofficially the divide is significantly larger as males aren’t as adaptive to honkai as females are.
As such, according to the official statistics, for every hundred students there will be 1 male and 99 females BUT the reality of the situation is that for every 7000 students there 1 male and 6999 females.
Of course this means that the entire class is buzzing with gossip of ,”how he will look like”, “if he will be handsome”, “what his personality will be like” and so on. And undeniably our trio of protagonists were not exempt from this.
Bronya (who hacked into St.Fraya’s database to learn more about him only to find that most of the information was redacted) is wondering if he will follow Kiana ‘Idiotka’ Kaslana’s stereotype for the Kaslana bloodline
Mei is curious on whether he will be as nice as Kiana as he is of the Kaslana Bloodline
Kiana on the other hand felt like something is wrong, as though someone has told her that the sky was pink and proved it but she knew that it was wrong and the sky is blue (many years in the future Kiana would say that in those moments she knew deep down that a storm was brewing)
“Alright girls settle down!,” their homeroom teacher, Mureta HImeko’s voice cut through the chatter, ”as i’m sure you’re all aware we are getting a new student today,” she states before looking towards the door, “you may come in and introduce yourself.”
The person that walked in is male who looks to be about with short snow white hair, bright blue eyes. He is wearing a white button up shirt, gray combat pants with the pant legs being tucked into his ankle high combat boots, he is also wearing a black coat which has a gold interior with the Shicksal insignia on its back, he has the coats sleeves rolled up to his elbows and finally, around his neck is neckless with the Kaslana, the Apocalypse and the Schariac Insignias (in that specific order).
“Hi, everyone. My name is Kaine Kaslana Apocalypse, and I'm glad to make your acquaintance. I’ll be in your care.” he introduced himself cheerfully with a smile that simply had most of the entire class swooning.
The people in class that aren’t swooning are Bronya (the Bronya doesn’t swoon), Fu Hua (Hua can’t see what fuss is about), Mei (Mei is prime and proper heiress), Himeko (he’s a kid, so no) and Kiana (Kiana can’t help but instinctively dislike him).
“Alright everyone settle down!” Himeko's voice cut through, "As for you Mr.Apocalypse you’ll be sitting next to Raiden Mei, Mei Please raise your hand.” Mei Raised her hand as prompted and Kaine walked up to and sat at the empty seat next to her.
“ Sigh … mom you know you don’t have to escort me to the dorm, right?”
“I know sweetie, but i wanna introduce you to our housemate as well” Theresa says to her son.
They are an odd mother/son pair to be seen walking together, after all Theresa’s body stopped aging at 12 and her son towers over her petite frame at 16 years old. The pair are walking towards the dorm house used by squad 5.
“Don’t worry so much, I’m sure they’ll love you.” Theresa says with a grin.
“...Mei-sempaaaaaai~” The mother/son pair hear through the front door to the dorm house
“No means no, Kiana-chan!” a second voice says seemingly to the first.
“Boo, fine” the first replies with a huff
“Idiotka should stop trying to eat everything before principle and her son arrives” a third voice joins in on the conversation.
“What did you say, bratnya!”, the first yells to the third.
“Erm, is it always like this?” Kaine asks his mother about the commotion happening inside the dorm.
“Not always but typically, yes” Theresa replies with a sigh, as they both enter the dorm house.
“Girls!, what's with all the yelling, we could hear all of you outside” Theresa states loudly, stopping a fight between Kiana and Bronya from starting, again.
“Idiotka is trying to eat everything before Mei-nee-sama is done cooking again” Bronya states with a deadpan
“Kiana,” Theresa sighs, “anyways, while i know he introduced himself in class, this is my son Kaine” She reintroduces him to the trio
“Erm… hi everyone” Kaine says with a bow
“Hello it's nice to meet you, I'm Raiden Mei, your seatmate.” Mei introduces herself with a sweet smile
“The Bronya is known as Bronya, It’s a pleasure to make your acquaintance subject Kaine” Bronya introduces herself as well
Kiana frowns whilst looking at Kaine and lets out a scoff
“Kiana-chan! Be nice!” Mei scolds kiana with a frown of her own
Which only made Kiana frown harder before saying, “Kiana Kaslana” and leaving the kitchen/dining area and going to her room.
Theresa sighs at her niece's attitude ,“i’m sure she’ll come around” Theresa says hopefully
