Chapter 7
Dear Diary,
I love having Willa as a best friend. I love how she doesn’t give a crap about what other people think of her. She does her own thing, doesn’t put any fronts on. Everyone else puts a mask on, they talk to people differently depending on who they are with, talk behind peoples back. Girls are always really bad at that.
Willa is different, she treats everyone the same, she says what she means no matter who she is speaking to. She has principles she would die before she breaks, she loves her family (she says she doesn’t but I can tell she does) and protects the weak from bullies. She pursues truth even when it hurts her.
Willa makes me feel safe and cosy, even though we never touch - how is that? I want to look out for her too. If only I could wolf out I would show her how much I could protect her.
