Teenagers in a weird mv prison, crazy, I know.
Summary
The new prisoners of Milgram begin their trials. But some of them may or may not be familiar with the new Guard, a grey haired amnesiac by the name of Es.(Read the notes for more details, please. It's important.)
Note
Okay so, some things I'd like y'all to keep in mind:1. The Es here and the Es on Milgram are NOT the same, hence the different pronouns and descriptions. (It's a canon character, you can probably guess who it is but it's not Es.)2. Milgram and Project Sekai's universes are the same universe, this is in the future, when the canon Milgram has already ended.3. That being said, the characters here are not going to be exactly like their Milgram counterparts (ex: Mizuki is not going to be like Amane)4. The only two units that have not formed are MORE MORE JUMP! and Leo/need. VBS, WxS and N25 are formed already with their SEKAIs also existent.5. Ooc warning! (Update: 28/2/25) EXTREMELY FOR SOME CHARACTERS AND ESPECIALLY IN EARLY CHAPTERS. Later chapters have me trying to fix the ooc to the best of my abilities bare w/ me)

Chapter 2,5

It had been days since Ena last saw her little brother.

Hell, she hadn't heard from neither Mizuki nor Mafuyu in days either.

Her parents made several calls, she looked everywhere as well.

And Akito was nowhere to be seen.

So, Ena had to bring in her last resort.

"Hello…?"

Her older brother luckily picked up the phone.

"Hello, Fuuta…"

She greeted him, with the concern clear in her voice.

"Ena. Did something happen?"

"Not to me… but… Akito is missing."

Ena could hear Fuuta's heavy breathing as soon as she finished that sentence, along with voices in the background.

"Fuuta! Everything alright over there?"

Someone asked on Fuuta's side of the call.

"Get out of my room, Mikoto."

"Damn, okay."

"What do you mean he's missing? And why are you calling to tell me this?"

"Well, first of all, you might live alone, but you're still his and my brother. Second of all, didn't you go missing just like he did a couple years ago?"

Fuuta's heart skipped a beat at the mention of what had happened in Milgram.

"...Ena. It's been a while since we saw each other. Let's talk about this in person, okay..?"

Ena wasn't taking his big-brotherly tone seriously.

But regardless, she agreed.

"Fine."

Mikoto and Kazui were both waiting for Fuuta in his living room.

The redhead finally got out of his room, immediately grabbing a hoodie and putting it on.

"Hey, hey, kid, where are you going?"

Kazui asked, catching Fuuta's attention.

"Yo dude, we need to play UNO come on!"

Fuuta blinked (or winked, no one really knows) in complete and utter confusion.

"What on Earth are you two doing in my apartment?"

Kazui took a key out of his pocket, while Mikoto pointed at a broken window.

"You gave me your keys to fix a window."

"I broke in through your window"

The two of them looked at each other.

Fuuta just left.

He arrived at the place Ena had mentioned to him.

Ena, who was already seated at a table, waved at him.

"Fuuta! Over here!"

He took the seat in front of Ena.

"Sorry I'm late, I sadly had to deal with two dumbasses in my house."

"... Didn't you say you live alone?"

"I do, but I guess idiots can still break in."

Ena looked at his face closely, noticing immediately after one of his eyes was covered.

"Also, what the hell happened to your eye?"

"That has to do with what we have to talk about. You said Akito was missing."

"Yeah…"

Before Ena could continue, he spoke again.

"Now, this is gonna sound like a weird question but…

Has Akito ever killed anyone?"

"What?! No?!"

Fuuta sank in his seat.

"... Believe me, I thought I hadn't too…"

He said, out loud. Making Ena freak out.

"Wait you fucking killed someone?!"

"Uh- No, I did not."

He declared, you know, like a liar.

As Ena sighed in relief, Fuuta noticed a certain someone make eye contact with him.

"Fuuta?" He called out, standing up.

"Oh my god."

Fuuta hid his face with the hood of his hoodie, not stopping Shidou from approaching.

"...I can still see you, Fuuta."

"I know, 50 Shidous of Grey."

Ena wheezed at her brother's stupid attempt at insulting.

"What are you doing here?" Shidou asked.

"Shidou, it's none of your business."

Ena looked at the fancy man talking to her brother and whispered to Fuuta.

"Who's he?"

"The worst doctor ever."

Shidou let out a disappointed laugh.

"Fair enough…"

"Okay… I'm Ena Shinonome."

"Shidou Kirisaki. Oh, Fuuta, how's your eye holding up?"

"Could we please just continue talking about Akito?"

"Oh, yeah. Why are you asking if Akito killed someone?"

"I can't say yet. But you don't know if he even caused the death of someone?"

Ena and Shidou awkwardly made prolonged eye contact.

"Fuuta your friend is still here."

"...! Leave, dude!"

"Alright, I'll be in that table over there in case you need me."

Fuuta mumbled curses under his breath.

"He seems like a nice guy."

"Shut up."

"Well, as I was saying, he hasn't done anything like that as far as I know. But we'd be better off asking his group."

"What group?"

"Oh, right, he's part of a group of street singers. They're pretty nice considering Akito's personality."

"Oh, yeah they might know."
