Intro
“...explain to me again why I shouldn't leave you here?”
“Because you love your uncle and would do anything for him 'cause you're an amazing niece?”
“I do love you but that's not a good enough reason for this.” a well-manicured hand motioned toward the area around them.
“Just...please get me down before the cops show up! I'll make it up to you!” the voice begs.
Gray chromatic eyes roll in aggravation, but she moves over to the street light that her uncle is tied against. “I asked you for this one night and look what happens.” Activating her quirk allows her to pool ink from within her body and shape it into a giant pair of ornate scissors, using them to effortlessly cut through the familiar capture weapon. “Let me guess, Eraserhead again?.” tone dripping with sarcasm. “Seriously uncle Zashi.”
Zash or Hizashi, better known as Reverb in the villain world, stumbled a bit as he lands back on solid ground and straightens his crumpled clothing best he could.
“Yes yes, I know. Distractions, running out of luck, you won't always be there to get me out, but can we discuss this back home?” He pleads as police sirens can be heard in the distance. “You can yell at me all you want then ok, Bri?”
“One of these days, just one.” The irritated teen warns, dropping the scissors into the massive void of black under their feet. “At least some good came out of this.” She's quick to grab the remaining pieces of the capture scarf, winding the fabric into a manageable bundle before both individuals no longer feel their feet touching the solid ground and disappear within the ink pool.
Once the police arrive after being tipped off about a villain pick-up, they are only met with the silent night air and empty streets.
