"Maybe this won't be so bad," Frosta said desperately, realizing she was running out of options for advice. She realized this as she stood in front of Mermista's castle in the newly rebuilt Salineas. Unlike the rest of the Alliance, Sea Hawk and Mermista each have experience with dating different partners, so at the very least, they may be able to give her some advice on what NOT to do when asking out Spidra. After a guard let her in, Frosta went to the throne room, where Mermista was currently in the process of redecorating the place.
"No no no, I specifically said I wanted SEAFOAM green, not emerald green!" she said to a servant holding curtains, "Why are you putting that there? That's a terrible place for a rug, and it totally clashes with everything else in the room!" she said to another. When Mermista finally noticed Frosta, she let out a groan and said "What are you doing here? I'm like, sooo busy with refurbishing and stuff." Frosta responded, "Yeah, I can see that, but... I have a problem, and I'm running out of people I can turn to, so if you could just-" but she was cut off when Sea Hawk burst in on them and started singing to Mermista.
Letting out another, much longer groan, she responded to her boyfriend's singing with "And now YOU'RE here! What are you doing here, Sea Hawk? I told you I was gonna be busy for a while, now that the castle is rebuilt." She continued with "I have so much I need to do! I don't have time for whatever it is you're doing." That didn't seem to deter him however, as he said "Ah, but as you know, I can only be away from my dearest Mermista for a short time, before the pain of your absence becomes unbearable!" earning another groan from Mermista.
"Have no fear though," said Sea Hawk, trying to alleviate his girlfriend's frustration, "I will not interfere, I will only sing your praises as you try in vain to make this palace as beautiful as its princess." It didn't work however, so Mermista said to Frosta, "Look, I'm already dealing with a lot here, so can whatever you need wa-" then turned to see Frosta was no longer there. Shrugging, Mermista returned to dealing with her own problems, including Sea Hawk. Frosta may be getting desperate, but she's not that desperate… yet.
