HOLLYWOOD SCOOP!

BEATRICE YOUNG AND MICHAEL SALVIUS ARE NO MORE

It’s been weeks since people have speculated that Hollywood IT couple Beatrice Young and Michael Salvius have called it quits. This morning, a joint statement from the two was released.

“It’s true that we have parted ways but not for all the wrong reasons that are being spread on tabloids and social media but because after quiet and mature conversations, we decided to focus on ourselves not only for our careers but also for our personal growth. We agreed that going separate ways was best for both of us. We are in great terms and still really good friends. We would like to thank our fans for the support and we hope you continue to do so.”

Michael Salvius was accused of cheating because of a picture that went viral on social media of him and a woman in London. Salvius’ camp said that she’s a daughter of a family friend that he bumped into while visiting his parents.

Others think that they have fallen out of love months ago since Young stopped posting content with Salvius in it.

What are your thoughts?

salyoung: NO THIS ISN’T REAL

“It’s out,” Areala informs Beatrice. She just finished rehearsals and grabs a bottle of water from the coffee table in the break room. Areala is leaning on the wall next to the door with her arms crossed.

“Good,” Beatrice says and takes a couple of gulps. She goes through her bag and takes a towel.

“I hope you won’t regret this,” Areala says to her.

“No, never,” Beatrice says. “I’m tired of keeping this façade.”

“You want to come out?” Areala asks. “It will ruin your career!”

“What if it won’t?” Beatrice argues. “Times have changed, Areala. I’m not some prim and proper young country singer anymore. I wanted to show people who I truly am. Have I not proven myself already career-wise?”

“You do! But still…” Areala sighs. “Are you sure you want to risk everything you have worked for?”

“If I get to be who I am then yes, it is,” Beatrice tells her. “I know you mean well and I appreciate it. But I want full control of my life now. I’m just so tired of hiding.”

“When are you going to do it?”

“Soon,” Beatrice says. “I will ease into it.”

“Your mom?”

“I’ll tell her.”

“I still think this is a bad idea,” Areala says. “Don’t say I didn’t warn you.”

Several showbiz news sites have reached out to both Beatrice, Michael and Ava the following days about the break-up. Both instructed their publicist to not entertain any. After a week, news broke out about a Marvel actor and an up-and-coming actress that’s way too younger than him broke up and that’s where the reporters turned their attention into.

In the spirit of easing things up to people, Ava and Beatrice started to go out together. They would grab dinner or brunch or they would take a walk around Los Angeles where paparazzi or people could spot them. They would not act romantic though. They would just be close to each other.

On the day Ava’s brace was finally removed, Michael, Camila and Yasmine went to Ava’s for dinner. Of course, Michael cooked for the celebration.

“It kind of feels weird,” Ava tells the group. “This would take me a while to get used to again. It suddenly feels light.”

“Are you saying you’ll still make me feed you?” Beatrice narrows her eyes teasingly.

“Five weeks and she made you feed her?” Camila gasps.

“Yeah, and I let her make me spoil her rotten,” Beatrice laughs.

“When are you going back to stunt training?” Yasmine asks.

“Next week,” Ava says. “But it will only be light stuff. An occupational therapist will be present as well. Beatrice insisted on it.”

“Overprotective, are we?” Michael chuckles.

“I am protective of all the people I care about,” Beatrice says.

"Well, we can’t argue with that,” Yasmine says. “I think we all have certain moments that Beatrice was our knight in shining armor.”

“True.”

“I’m curious, how are you going to handle March?” Michael asks. “Ava would be in Atlanta to shoot the Robert Eggers film and you’ll be touring USA.”

“Oh, the film was pushed back,” Ava tells them. “Eggers suddenly wants revisions and he has a co-writer so they are figuring it out. Also, I think they want the shooting location to change to Canada. It’s a little all over the place at the moment.”

“When are you going to film Joan of Arc?” Camila asks. “I’m excited for that one.”

“We start in June,” Ava grins.

“Which is perfect because I’ll also be in Europe to play shows so we get to see each other. It’s our first Pride Month together.”

“Why?” Yasmine asks. “Aren’t you like together since 2012?”

“We always break up in June for some reason,” Ava chuckles. “Maybe it’s the pressure? I don’t know.”

“But I have a feeling this June we will be together,” Beatrice kisses her hand. “We’ll make sure of it.”

“Speaking of Pride,” Michael clears his throat. “I have decided that that’s the time I’ll come out.”

“Really? That’s awesome,” Ava smiles.

“I’ll make sure Hans and I would have a very cute picture by that time and I’ll post it with a well-thought caption,” he says.

“How about you guys?” Yasmine asks Ava and Beatrice.

“We don’t know yet,” Beatrice looks at Ava. “I think we’ll know when the right time is.”

“Yeah,” Ava agrees. “We decided to ease into it.”

“That’s why you let yourselves be seen a lot in public,” Yasmine comments.

“It’s so complicated when you’re celebrities,” Camila quips. “I’m thankful it’s not that big of a deal when I came out.”

“Lucky you,” Beatrice chuckles. “How’s Crimson by the way?”

“She’s great,” Camila says. “Mostly tired but still great. She’s going to be promoted as the head nurse soon.”

“Wow,” Michael says. “You should throw a party once she gets promoted.”

“We will,” Camila smiles.

“How about you, Yasmine?” Ava asks.

“Oh, I’m too busy to date,” she waves her hand in dismissal. “Between Beatrice, Lana, Ella and Carly who are planning on making tons of music this year, I have no time.”

“Just make out with your Grammys or something,” Michael teases.

“You won’t be saying that once you get your golden statue,” Yasmine chuckles. “I bet you’ll make out with it too.”

They all laugh. They spent the rest of the night playing board games and sharing laughs.

Later that night, in bed, Ava and Beatrice face each other, the moonlight seeping through the half-closed curtains illuminating their naked bodies.

“Earlier, I had this idea,” Beatrice says.

“What is it?” Ava asks while stroking Bea’s face.

“The three music videos I released, they all end up with me ending up alone,” Beatrice says.

“Because you want to tell everyone you are your own person and you aren’t defined by your relationships,” Ava continues her thought.

“Correct,” Beatrice smiles. “But I also thought that the other reason I end up alone is because I am tired of just being with someone just because. The truth is I am waiting for someone who will complete the puzzle piece. I don’t want just someone I thought would be okay, you know? I want the perfect piece.”

“And what do you want to do with that information?” Ava asks.

“Ava, my love, do you want to star in another music video of mine?” Beatrice grins at her.

“Of course, I will,” Ava beams.

“I want us to shoot a music video for ‘Dress’. I am planning on dropping the re-recording soon,” Beatrice tells her. “Just us two and a camera or two.”

“Okay, I’m in,” Ava tells her.

“We’ll figure it out in the morning,” Beatrice kisses her.

“Yeah, because right now, I want to do something else,” Ava breathes and lets he hand roam south of Bea’s body.

The following days, they prepared for their “friendly weekend trip” aka music video shoot. It was what Beatrice told Areala. She told her Camila, Yasmine and even Michael is coming. Areala was reluctant at first but she eventually allowed it though they will still go with or without her permission. Little does she know the three will back out last minute.

Michael has a friend who has a place in Joshua Tree that was free so they immediately booked it. Michael said that it’s very private so they’ll be good. Camila managed to borrow film cameras – both for video and stills - from a friend as well. They bought a digital one as well for back-up. Yasmine will let them borrow her convertible. Before they go on the actual trip, Hans will let them film some scenes Beatrice has in mind at his club. Later, Michael and Camila will film B-rolls that Camila will stitch into it. They wouldn’t trust anyone to edit it even with an NDA. Besides, it's Camila who had a front row seat to their relationship. She doesn’t mind too because she’ll finally be able to use her filmmaking degree and skills. Everything was set and all they have to wait for was the weekend.

Beatrice barely slept. She was too excited. She even started shooting while Ava was still sleeping soundly beside her once the sunrise peeked from their bedroom window.

“Rise and shine, my love,” Beatrice says out loud.

“What are you doing?” Ava asks sleepily.

“I’m getting started,” Beatrice says.

“Stop, I probably look like shit,” Ava tries to block the camera.

“You look gorgeous,” Beatrice says. “Come on, we gotta go to the club then hit the road.”

“I need a kiss,” Ava says.

“Okay,” Beatrice chuckles and gives her one. She makes sure it’s caught on camera.

Since Beatrice barely slept, Ava says she should drive. Of course, Beatrice is worried because the accident is still fresh but Ava assured her that she’s fine. She saw a therapist and she doesn’t have PTSD. Beatrice still made a mental note to watch her at stop signs. They could never be too careful.

It's still early so there are few cars on the road. It also helps that Yasmine’s car is heavily tinted. Beatrice starts shooting as they pass well-known places in Los Angeles. She films Ava in different angles and moods. She films her laugh, her concentration while driving and the way she reaches for her hand and kisses it. She also made sure she films the both of them from time to time.

It only took a few minutes to shoot. Beatrice knew what she wanted and they immediately got into it. Michael was there to film them and they all did it in just one take. Him and Hans wished them well before they hit the road. Michael even gave them packed breakfast.

After a few hours, they made it to Joshua Tree. The place was very quiet and beautiful. They put down their things and had breakfast. After, they looked around.

They took turns filming each other with the national park’s rugged rock formations and desert landscape as their background.

They ate lunch picnic-style under the shade of a huge tree. They took turn feeding each other. Of course, they took tons of pictures and videos.

“This reminds me of that photoshoot we did for Vogue in Big Sur,” Ava grins. “That is still my favorite.”

“Me too,” Beatrice puts her head on Ava’s shoulder. Ava embraces her. “But after these photos are developed I think it will be my new favorite.”

“I still have our polaroids,” Ava tells her. “It’s in a box in our study. I found this amazing antique box online during the pandemic and I put it there.”

Beatrice grins. “‘Our’, I love how that sounds,” she tells her. “Like our apartment in New York back then.”

“Are you annoyed I sold it?” Ava asks.

“No, it was a gift,” Beatrice tells her. “You have your right to do what you want with it.”

“But it was our special place,” Ava says. “We had a lot of great memories there.”

“Lots of fights too,” Beatrice adds. “It’s okay, really. We have our new place now. I love it. And we get to create new ones there.”

“You’re right,” Ava kisses her temples. “Home is wherever you are.”

In the afternoon, they walked on a trail and explored some caves and nooks. After dinner, they laid on a blanket and gazed at the stars.

“I wish we could stay like this forever,” Ava tells Beatrice. “Just the two of us surrounded by peacefulness and nature’s beauty.”

“Same here,” Beatrice agrees. “But we both know we won’t be fully contented. We would still want to reach our goals. I would like to do this tour and finish all my re-recordings. You want to prove yourself outside the rom-com genre and win an Academy Award.”

“You’re a realist now, huh?” Ava glances at her. “I like it. It makes you ten times hotter.”

Beatrice laughs.

“But you’re right,” Ava tells her. “And we’re still young too. We have a long way to go.”

“And I’m glad I get to do it with you,” Beatrice tells her.

That night, they made love under the stars.

The next day, they did everything they could do in the place. They did more exploring. They dipped in the outdoor tub. Beatrice played a couple of songs for Ava while she filmed her. They both danced under the setting sun and in the glow of the bonfire they made. They made sure they made the most of the trip not just for the music video but also for themselves. They have been busy with work and soon they will even get busier.

That night, Ava had a nightmare. Beatrice announced to the world that they are together. Her fans turned their backs from her. Her mom was heartbroken and won’t talk to her. Areala keeps telling her “I told you so”. Their friends can’t take the embarrassment and slowly turned their backs from them as well. Her own parents suddenly were disappointed in her. They tell her that they warned her about Beatrice. And the most heartbreaking of it all, because of what happened, Bea gets cold towards her. Little by little, she fades away and at the end, she’s alone in the New York apartment and it’s freezing cold.

“Ava! Wake up!” she hears Beatrice. “Ava, you have to wake up! Don’t make me slap you, god!”

“Bea…” she croaks.

“Ava!” Beatrice pulls her up.

“It’s just a dream?” Ava asks weakly.

“It is,” Beatrice puts away strands of hair from her face. Her white t-shirt is soaked with sweat. “Jesus, are you okay?”

“I am now,” Ava hugs her.

“I’m here,” Bea strokes her back gently. “Do you want to talk about it?”

“No,” Ava says. “It’s just a silly nightmare.”

“Do you want some water?”

“Yes, please.”

Beatrice goes to the kitchen to get her some. She also grabs a fresh shirt for her.

“It’s not real,” Ava tells herself. “It will never happen. It’s not real.”

“Here,” Bea goes back after a minute.

She drinks it and takes a few deep breaths. She takes the shirt Beatrice brought her and changed.

“Are you sure you’re okay?” Beatrice asks again.

Ava just nods and kisses her. “Thank you.”

“Let’s go back to sleep then.”

“Can you sing to me?”

“What do you want, my love?”

“My Lover,” Ava smiles.

She let Beatrice’s sweet voice lull her to sleep again. It must have some sort of magic because the nightmares didn’t come back.

HOLLYWOOD SCOOP!

AVA SILVA AND BEATRICE YOUNG – ROOMATES AGAIN!

It seems like 2013 all over again for best friends Ava Silva and Beatrice Young. Reports said that after Young and Michael Salvius broke up, she moved in to Silva’s residence which is not that far from the house she shared with Salvius. Young was spotted multiple times loading up her car of things from her previous house.

Back in 2013, Young bought an apartment at Cornelia Street in New York and months later, Silva moved in with her while filming the last movie for The Love Games trilogy. It caused quite a lot of intrigue because instead of moving with Griffin Thomas who was Silva’s co-star and beau at that time, she chose to live with her best friend Young. People got their answers soon enough because a few months after the movie premiered, Silva and Thomas announced their breakup.

In 2016, Young decided to move back to Los Angeles and reports said that Silva bought the apartment from her. Late last year, Silva moved back to Los Angeles too and sold the New York apartment. And now, the two share a living space again.

Beatrice phone keeps ringing but she just ignores it. She puts her hand under Ava’s shirt and let it roam. Ava moans and kisses her more deeply. “You’re so gorgeous,” she tells Ava.

“You always say that,” Ava chuckles a little.

“Because it’s true,” Beatrice kisses her again. “And I can’t get enough of you.” Her phone rings again.

“Are you sure you are not going to answer that?” Ava asks.

“It’s just Areala,” Beatrice rolls her eyes. “She’s not happy about the article of me moving in with you.”

“Honestly, what’s the big deal?” Ava wonders. “Everyone knows we are best friends,” she winks.

“True,” Beatrice kisses her again.

After a few moments, Ava’s phone rings.

“Wait,” Ava pulls away. “It might be Mama. She texted me earlier that she will call.”

“Okay,” Beatrice pulls herself up and leans on the headboard.

“It’s Camila,” Ava tells Beatrice. “Hello? What’s up, Cam? She didn’t want to answer her phone. She thought it was Areala.”

Beatrice tries to listen especially when Ava’s face scrunched up.

“What the hell?” Ava scoffs. “Send me the link. Okay, bye. Thank you.”

“What is it?” Beatrice asks Ava who jumped out the bed to get her iPad from the study. “Ava! What happened?”

“Fucking JC,” Ava huffed and sat next to Beatrice when she returned. “He blabbered in his interview with GQ.”

“Let me see,” Beatrice leans in to read the article with Ava.

GQ MAGAZINE

JC LA TORRE TAKES ON BROADWAY

GQ: You said this is the character you most related to. How so?

LA TORRE: Just the deception he experiences, you know? It resonates to me because I’ve been there.

GQ: You have both been played. That’s interesting.

LA TORRE: I feel like I have been used to cover up something. I mean not like my character James being framed up for murder of her lover but in the same manner. Do you get it? (CHUCKLES)

GQ: I think we got it. Well, like your character in the play, have you found a new love?

LA TORRE: I told my publicist no love life questions but here we are. (LAUGHS) I would say my love right now is a pup named Boulder that I just adopted. He’s got my full attention right now. He’s the sweetest.

mrslatorre: my poor baby was so traumatized by ava silva

jctussy: I feel bad for him huhu

jcswifeforreal: AVA SILVA YOU WILL PAY FOR YOUR CRIMES

hollywoodslut: this makes me think that this whole deal with JC, Ava, Beatrice and Michael is just a part of some crazy PR stunt

latower: Ava Silva just used JC la Torre as her beard confirmed

avasilvadefender: beard??? for real?? Ava has been vocal about the fluidity of her sexuality back then

latorresquad: maybe beard for Beatrice Young. cover-up for her relationship with Ava

internetlurker: this is too good lemme grab a popcorn

“Fucker!” Ava exclaims after they read the article and the comments.

“Hey, it’s okay,” Beatrice tries to calm her down. “He didn’t specify anything.”

“But people are going to read between the lines,” Ava argues. “This will ruin everything.”

“It will not,” Beatrice assures her. “We’ll be able to come out in our own terms.”

“But we’ll look like the bad guys because of what he said,” Ava rubs her face in frustration.

“People will understand,” Beatrice says. “I am sure they will.”

“We can’t just release the music video without giving context,” Ava tells her. “It will not be enough. People will tear us down. We will be the villains.”

“Take deep breaths with me,” Beatrice holds her. They breathe together. “Ava, listen to me,” she made Ava look at her. “It’s going to be fine. We’ll hatch out a plan. People will not tear us apart. Just let them air out their bitterness for now. Once they hear our side, they will understand.”

“Okay,” Ava sighs.

That night, Ava had the same nightmare she had at Joshua Tree. It haunts her every night that she’s tempted to just stay up until the morning and not sleep at all.

Camila visits them one night to show them the first draft of the music video. Beatrice is very happy with it and just gave little notes. Ava just agreed to everything she said.

When Camila left, Beatrice sat down next to Ava and took her hand in hers. “My love, what’s bothering you?” she asks. “You have not been sleeping these past few days. I’m very worried.”

“I’m okay,” Ava sighs. “I’m just tired from the workshops and stunt training.”

“It’s not just that,” Beatrice tells her. “Please, talk to me.”

Ava takes a deep breath. Beatrice can see the tears pooling in her eyes.

“Baby, come here,” Beatrice hugs her and strokes her back. She lets her cry on her shoulder for a few minutes. When they pull away, she goes to the kitchen and gets her a glass of water. “My love, you can talk to me.”

“I just have been so stressed since the JC article came out,” Ava admits. “When we were at Joshua Tree, I had this nightmare that we told everybody and your fans turned their backs on you. Eventually our friends too. You mom and my parents… It crushed you and you faded away from me. And these past nights I keep having them.”

“Ava…” Beatrice hugs her again. “That will never happen.”

“What if it will?” she sobs.

“They could all turn their back on me, I don’t care,” Beatrice tells her, wiping her tears. “But I will never fade away from you.” She takes Ava’s hand and put it in her chest. “Do you feel this?” Ava nods. “This will keep beating like this for you and only you.”

“I feel the same,” Ava says.

“Don’t worry about what people would think once we tell them,” Beatrice says. “What’s important is me and you.”

“Okay,” Ava cracks a smile.

“You’re tired,” Beatrice stands up and pulls Ava with her. “Come on, let’s get ready for bed and I’ll sing you to sleep.”

Beatrice is woken up by Ava’s cries. She glances at the bedside clock. It’s two-thirty in the morning. “Ava, baby, wake up,” Beatrice shakes her. “Wake up.”

“Bea…” Ava cries.

“I’m here,” she pulls her into a hug.

“Why would they do that to you?” she asks.

“It’s just a nightmare, my love,” Beatrice tells her. “I’m here, I’m okay. We’re okay.”

“They were so cruel,” Ava sobs.

“It’s just a nightmare. They won’t touch us.”

Ava cries quietly and Beatrice rocks her in comfort.

“I love you,” she kisses Ava’s hair.

Once Ava fell asleep again, she took her phone and dials Camila.

“Hey, what happened are you okay?” Camila answers.

“You’re still awake?”

“Yeah, I can’t sleep,” she tells her. “I’m really into editing your music video. I can’t wait to show you the changes. You, why are you awake?”

“I’ll just explain tomorrow or later,” she says realizing the time. “I just want to ask you if you still have the contact information of Oprah’s assistant?”

“Yes, I do. Why?”

“Can you contact them first thing?” Beatrice asks her.

“For what?” Camila asks.

Beatrice looks at Ava. She pushes the stray hair strands from her face. “I want her to have the exclusive of my coming out.”
