RainForest Exploration
Mauline and Opal headed into the RainForest. They had explored a lot of it, but they still hadn't explored all of it quite yet.
Mauline spread her blue-green leaf wings. Oh, yeah, Mauline is a hybrid. SeaWing-LeafWing to be exact. Mom was a SeaWing, and Mother was a LeafWing.
"I'm going to explore above the trees. What about you?" Mauline asked Opal.
"Hmm. I will explore down here. Meet you on the ground when you are finished?" Opal replied with a question.
"Sure. See you soon!" Mauline spread out her wings and took off.
The trees rustled as Mauline burst out from them to the air above. Looking down at the trees, she saw far more details than she could on the ground. The vines she had saw on the tree from the trunk were spiraling up the tree all the way to the top.
After 30 minutes, she landed. But Opal was not there.
"Opal? Opal! Opal, where did you go?! OPAL?!" Mauline roared for her friend. Soon, she gave it up.
She looked around, but every tree looked the same. She was lost and alone.
