It Tells Me This Is Right. (Shuichi/Kirumi Fluff?)
She had been searching for a year. An entire year since the.. Game. An entire year of not doing work.
An entire year of loneliness.
Until it stopped on one home, it was awfully grandiose. She had been searching for work, now putting the search for Shuichi to the side. But little did she know, huh?
She opened the door to the home to find the detective she had sought out for over a year, awaiting her arrival.
"Kirumi... Welcome back to the group. You're the last one to arrive."
"Turns out ya weren't lying, Shuichi." Kokichi slid down the banister, immediately running to hug me. I accepted it.
"Maki-Roll & I had to cancel a trip over to the States for this. Definitely worth it to meet you again, Kirumi!" Kaito grinned at me.
"Finally... Somebody to save Me & Himiko from these degen- MALES!" Tenko cut herself off, turning red in the cheeks.
"Huh... It was tiring to do housework without you. My magic predicted this anyways." Himiko leaned onto Angie, who was the next to speak up. Kokichi finally let go & went over to Shuichi.
"Nyahahaha! Atua's divinity had searched over fields & brought you to us! Welcome, welcome!" She did a small prayer.
"Gonta's happy to see friend Kirumi again. Hello!" He was always the gentle giant.
"Still failed, huh? Can't say I'm disappointed though." Ryoma greeted.
"Me neither." Rantaro added.
"We're so glad to finally find you, Kirumi! I was needing to get a good clean of my piano, but anybody I paid for didn't do it as good as I thiught you would." Akamatsu chimed into to conversation, walking out the kitchen with a bowl of pasta. She passed it over to me..
"I was going to have it, but I have a feeling that you need it more. It must've took a while to get here!" Her kindness did not go unreturned.
"I suppose my first duty will be to make everybody else something." A smile played on my face.
"Yeah.. I'm starving." Kaito sighed.
"Kaito!" Maki hit his head.
Everyone was chuckling at that. Even Korekiyo & Miu, who chose a silent greeting.

Despite being just a maid, Kirumi loved Shuichi's company. It was greed, something she wasn't meant to have for duties... But Shuichi never seemed to mind.
He was kind. Shuichi during the game was a brilliant leader, & after? Even better. That Shuichi, the one that ended the cycle of torture known as Damganronpa, he's the person I wish to serve. For the entirety of my life. If he can end our killing game, albeit sacrificing some others to get more than 2 out, then he can do anything.
"Kirumi, is it alright if you make lunch today? Kaito & Maki are going to be returning from the U.S.A, so make fourteen portions."
"Of course, though.. Fourteen? There's only-" I was confused at first, then..
"For you, Kirumi. I appreciate the service, but my request is that after you finish, you take a rest to eat." He softened his gaze at me.
"If you wish...." I muttered.
He was always so caring. Looking after my wellbeing, despite how many times I say he doesn't need to.
I like working for Shuichi. Maybe, in another life, we could be more than just business.
"Kirumi. I know what you're thinking. We're friends. Not just business."
Always so perceptive.
"Thank you, Shuichi." My gratitude couldn't be just heard. It had been shown clearly by my duties.
"Kirumi... It's alright." He simpered at me.
"Even I agree, Mom! & I have an entire business to run!" Kokichi had started a business with Miu, the most unlikely duo, for creating new items that most of the globe had used. These items were things like air conditioners that you can put a specific scent in, or an auto-cleaner.

"Shuichi, you should rest."
"I have some work to do-"
"I'm only repaying you. Whenever I have work, you wish for me to take a break. You should too. People shan't deny their beliefs, what's best for them."
"Yes.. Thank you Kirumi." He embraced me.
It felt better than Kokichi's daily ones.
I returned the hug, a smirk that I had ignored then resurfaced.

I was happy being with people that were here for me.
We could rely on eachother.
No matter how bad it gets.

Let's not leave eachother.
Or the rest.

I have been paying more attention to my feelings lately,
They have told me something important, Shuichi.
