Peter rested his head on Wade’s chest. They were in an empty room in the Avengers Tower. Tony had pushed them into a room in after Peter had stepped forward and kissed Wade in the middle of their party.
“I think even Nat was impressed,” Peter told him.
“I’m shocked Tony didn’t chuck us in a room with a bed, how disappointing,” Wade said as if he hadn’t heard.
“Wade.”
Wade blinked and focussed on him. “You kissed me,” he said as if just realising it.
Peter flushed. “Well…yeah…”
“In front of everyone.”
“I know.” Peter groaned. “I’m never going to live it down.” His head was still resting against Wade’s chest.
Wade gave a breathless chuckle. “Pass it off as a joke right?”
Peter’s head darted up and he glared at him. Then he stepped up on his toes and kissed him again. “That wouldn’t explain this kiss.”
Wade’s mouth dropped open. “I-I guess not.” He gave Peter a hopeful look.”How many unexplainable kisses are you hoping to get in?”
