“You know, it’s okay to cry.”
Tony raised his head to give him a blank look. “Welcome back,” he said dryly.
“You’re looking mopey Tasky.” Wade crossed the room and slipped onto the couch next to him.
“Just thinking,” Tony assured him as he slipped his hand under Wade’s mask and rubbed circles into the back of his neck. “Something you know little about.”
Wade rested his head on Tony’s shoulder. “I missed you.”
Tony didn’t respond. Wade looked up curiously at him, slipping off his mask.
They stayed like that for a while.
Wade nuzzled against his neck. “Bed?” he asked finally.
Tony made a soft noise of approval.
