It started off as a joke, at least on Peter's part, but before he knew it he had a standing date with Wade at the Saucy Sombrero every Tuesday night. They indulged in two for one taco platters, cheap margaritas (virgin for Peter, at least at first), and all the flan they could eat. Which was a hell of a lot when it came to tacos.
Later, when everything went to hell and Peter was floundering, trying to keep his head above water with finals, superheroing and the over all messiness that comes with being a teenager he realized just how much those Tuesday nights had grounded him and kept him sane.
