"Confidence is a good thing. It can get you through some sticky situations. But..." Duo paused where he had been pacing in front of the smart board and let his eyes wander over the class of new recruits. Despite the fact that most of them were older than he was they all seemed like babies. Putting that thought aside he continued. "Confidence can save your ass, but being cocky or lazy will get you and probably some of your friends killed. Know yourself, honestly. Know your strengths and your limits."
