Preparing the Nursery (Lucas Bondes x Eleanor Bondes)
Lucas and Eleanor Bondes had always loved children. Despite the tragedy that had befallen the Sexy Brutale casino mansion, they had never given up hope that one day they would have a child of their own.
And now, that day was finally here. Eleanor was pregnant, and the couple was thrilled to be starting a family.
As the due date approached, Lucas and Eleanor set about preparing a nursery for their new arrival. They spent countless hours painting the walls a soft, soothing shade of blue and picking out the perfect crib and changing table.
Lucas spent his days scouring antique shops and flea markets for the perfect touches to complete the room. He found a whimsical mobile with tiny birds that sang a sweet lullaby, and an old-fashioned rocking chair that had been in his own family for generations.
Eleanor, meanwhile, spent hours knitting tiny blankets and booties, her hands moving quickly as she hummed soft tunes to the growing baby in her belly.
Together, they decorated the nursery with love and care, each detail chosen with the utmost thoughtfulness and consideration. And as they stood back to admire their handiwork, they both felt a deep sense of joy and anticipation for the arrival of their little one.
In the days that followed, as they waited for the baby's arrival, they would often sneak into the nursery to imagine what it would be like to hold their child in their arms, to watch as he or she drifted off to sleep in the cosy room they had created.
Finally, the day arrived. After a long and difficult labour, Eleanor gave birth to a healthy baby boy, and Lucas could hardly contain his excitement as he held his son for the first time.
Together, they brought the baby home to the nursery they had lovingly prepared, and as they rocked him gently in the old-fashioned chair, they knew that they had created a space filled with warmth, love, and hope - a perfect sanctuary for their new family.
