Impel Down at this point was a fucking mess.
Reason?
Well... Things started like this...
During Law and Luffy's journey to Impel Down they were lucky to run into the Baroque Works Officer Agents.
They were heading towards Impel Down to save Crocodile and the others on a ship that imitated Marine ships so as not to attract attention.
"Mr. 1" Daz Bonez.
"Mr. 2 Bon Clay" Bentham.
"Mr. 3" Galdino.
"Mr. 4" Babe.
"Mr. 5" Gem.
"Miss Doublefinger" Zala.
"Miss Goldenweek" Marianne.
"Miss Merry Christmas" Drophy.
"Miss Valentine" Mikita.
Before arriving at Impel Down, they met with their respective partners while Bon Clay met Law and Luffy.
-Remember Mini-boss... Make as much noise as possible on your way to level 6 of Impel Down to divert the attention of the other guards, okay?- Bon Clay reminded him.
-You don't have to worry Bon-ya... It's Luffy-ya we're talking about.- Law said preparing Kikoku.
If it were possible, no one would put Luffy in such a dangerous situation, but they are aware of how strong Luffy was, as well as his ability to attract unnecessary attention.
After thinking about it, they decided that this was the best.
Bon Clay changed his appearance to Garp's and donned the fake Vice Admiral's uniform. In the past to play a prank on the ASL siblings he got the look of a hero from the Marines with his consent.
(Garp laughed a lot that time and didn't mind at all that Bon Clay sometimes does ridiculous things with his appearance.)
The moment they approached the entrance Luffy knocked out the guards from the entire area with his Conqueror Haki.
Everyone quickly moved around the place. Some headed towards the control room, others released criminals from the cells while the rest destroyed Den Den Mushis that served as surveillance cameras.
Luffy, Law and Bon Clay ran towards level 6, taking down as many guards as they could. Before the Marines could even react levels 1, 2 and 3 have already been subdued by the criminals on the loose.
-Damn!!!- Hannyabal shouted furiously hitting his desk.- Capture them!!! Don't let anyone get away!!!-
-Sir!! The Den Den Mushi have been destroyed!!! We can't see what is happening on levels 1, 2, 3 and 4!!!-
-Sir!!! There is news that Straw Hat Luffy is approaching level 5 along with Surgeon of Death Law and Bentham of the Wild!!!-

Hannyabal clenched his fists as various veins appeared on his forehead. He could feel his blood pressure rising and almost had a heart attack.
-All forces, including Chief are hereby assembled on Level Four. CATCH THEM!!!!- Hannyabal screams at the top of his lungs

Sengoku couldn't take it anymore and threw himself against Garp to be able to punch him. Tsuru rolled her eyes and just sat on her couch ignoring these two idiots.
