When everyone reached the big door it opened. That indicated that Daz Bonez made it to the control room.
They along with many level 5 criminals ran through the long corridors of Impel Down. Every time a guard appeared Crocodile would cut him with his sand while Luffy knocked them out with his punches.
More and more criminals joined the group and took down anyone who got in the way. Law was waiting for them at the door of level 3 along with several Baroque Works Officer Agents and many criminals.

Crocodile boarded the ship with Luffy, Law, Jinbe, Ivankov, Inazuma, the rest of the Baroque Works, and various criminals who agreed to go to Marineford to fight with them.
