looking in the fridge, y/n slammed the door shut with a cab on diet cola in her hands. the coldness of the can made her hands hurt. she set in on the counter, before a tall man in a blue button up walked past her. this was jon.
jon was a kind individual, so he differed from his friends. the second tallest, tender hearted, and always trying to keep a smile on his face. y/n looked up, and saw jon smirking at her with his head propped on his hands. he gave y/n a toothy smile.
“jon?” she said. “hi y/n.” he said, sneaking his hand to the can of cola. shit! he must know it’s the last can! y/n snatched the coke away, before jon leapt over the counter. his slim arms making his elbows clack against the sleek black top. “come back you- you- i give up!” he said. no one ever insulted y/n. well, without thinking about the consequences.
a blonde rounded the corner, before he was tripped and left behind by y/n. mark is his name. the tallest friend, a weird chin, and a bookworm. he absolutely loved turtleneck sweaters, and took a liking to the color purple. he didn’t wear any sort of green over his sweater like his neighbor did, but it checks out.
“hey! where are you going y/n!” mark shouted, seeing y/n look back at him before opening the back door and running out to the garden. she slowed down, and sat on the porch swing. the sound of ruffling leaves made her jump, and go check the garden full of beautiful flowers.
a familiar face is what y/n saw. it was todd. he held a trowel in his hands, and his face was covered in dirt and sweat. todd was an old friend, but she knew him well. red button up, the third shortest, that crisp, blonde hair, and a very thin beard grew on his chin. a southern accent covered his voice, but enough with descriptions.
“y/n?” he asked. she looked at him and he saw the can of cola. he frowned. “all i ever see is y’all drinking that damn soda! maybe you should drink some water?” he said, standing up. y/n backed away. “now y/n-! just give me the coke, sugar!” he tried to pry it from y/n, before she ran back into the house.
the slam of the back door was heard before she rushed into the nearest bedroom. she locked the door behind her, setting the cola on a desk with a green chair. wait.. green? y/n pondered around the dark room, before someone turned on a lamp. it was eduardo.
the shortest of the four guys, and sort of stocky. he was rough, loud, and insulting, but he was never like this with y/n. he was always kind to her. soft, shy, and caring. a mustache covered his top lip, and thick eyebrows furrowed every time his friends said something dumb. anyways, back on topic.
he squinted his eyes, still covering himself with his green blanket. “who-?” he asked, putting on a pair of glasses. y/n walked towards him dragging the green chair with her. she knew eduardo liked his bed all to himself.
“you don’t wear glasses, ‘duardo.” she said, putting them back down on his bedside table. “oh yeah..” he said, turning all the way over in his bed. y/n smiled at him, and ran her fingers through his dark brown hair. “you do know it’s almost five in the evening, right?” eduardo nodded to y/n.
“..why were you running in and locking the door?” he said, sitting up and looking over at his desk. eduardo saw the can of cola, and walked over to it. he mindlessly opened it and took a sip, y/n reaching her arms out. “wh- that’s mine!” she said.
the woman ran over to eduardo to try and get the coke. her held it high in the air while y/n reached desperately for the can. eduardo laughed at her, and she frowned. y/n walked over to the locked door, and tried to step out, before her boyfriend handed her the almost full can of coke.
”…finders keepers.” he said, smiling at her. she smiled back, and took a quick swig.
”losers weepers..”
