Rosaria pov.
"ROSARIA!!" I heard a yell from outside the Cathedral. I sighed, getting up and walking outside the Cathedral. As soon as I walked outside, I saw Kaeya holding a crying child. Who looked like... "Venti?!" "Yeah, so uh- I don't know how to look after kids. Goodluck!" Kaeya said before handing Venti over to me. I looked down at the no longer crying child. "Oh, to lord Morax." I sighed. "Hi, who are you, miss?" He spoke. "I am Rosaria, and you are Venti, right?" I spoke. "Mhm! you are very pretty miss Ro-Rosia?" He spoke. I laughed a bit. "Thank you, Venti, and you can just call me Rosa." He nodded and giggled. I heard someone shout. "Barbara-Sama!" They said. I scoffed. "Venti, when I start talking to that man, cover your ears." He nodded and I walked over to the source of the voice. "Albert. Messing with Barbara again, are we?" I glared, and Venti covered his ears. "Wha-No! I was just cheering her on!" He tried. "Ha! Don't humor me. Now, listen here, Bitch. You and your little Pedophile group are going to leave Barbara alone and never come near her again. And if you don't, I will personally end you. Now get the fuck out of here before you regret it." His eyes widen and he starts stuttering before running off. "Sister Rosaria! thank you... but you didn't have to be so harsh! Oh! And I'm sorry I couldn't handle it on my own..." Barbara says, running up to me. "It was nothing, he needs to back off anyway." She smiles and then looks down at my arms. "Oh, my Barbatos! Who is that?" She asks, startled. "Venti, I'm thinking about going to Albedo to see if there's a logical explanation but, I should probably check in with Xiao first." Barbara smiled, "I'll send a letter to Verr Goldet, go check in with Albedo." I nodded and glanced down at Venti, who's eyes seemed to have sparkles in them. "Xiao?" He asked. I nod, "You know Xiao?" I said, and he nodded excitedly. "Is Xiao coming to see us?" He smiled. "Yes, he is. But first, we're going to see Mr. Albedo." I said, pinching his cheeks. He giggles and nods quickly.

Rosaria pov.
"Albedo! Kaeya! Are you here?" I yelled into the seemingly empty home. A loud crash resonated throughout the halls and Venti woke up. "In the lab, Saria." Albedo yelled out into the house. I shut the door behind me and walked towards the lab. "Hey, do y'know how to fix this?" I asked as soon as I arrived in the lab. Albedo looked shocked, and seemingly looked curious. I glanced at Kaeya's nervous face. "What's with the face, Kae? Didn't expect me to bring him here?" I smirked. Albedo looked over at Kaeya and glared. "Something you're not telling me, Mr. Cavalry Captain?" He said, putting his hands on his sides and glaring. "Uh- uhm-" He struggled to form words and Albedo only glared harder. "What an entertaining sight to see, huh Venti?" I laughed. Venti didn't seem to understand but he laughed. "Alright fine, I found him in the Tavern and stole him from Diluc." He smiled awkwardly, Albedo sighed and looked over at us. "Let me see him, I might be able to see what happened." I nodded. But before I could hand Venti over, Barbara and I'm assuming Xiao walked into the room. Venti visibly lit up and started to squirm. "Xiaooo!" He sulked, unable to reach said man. "Venti." Xiao said, before I handed him Venti. Venti clung onto him, smiling. "Well, I'm assuming we won't get answers any time soon." Albedo smiled.

Albedo pov.
"Saria, could you pass me that vile?" I asked, examining the microscope holding the bacteria found. "Sure. Have you found out about what happened to Venti?" She asked, handing me the blue vile. "Hm, not exactly. If my hypothesis is correct according to the extra bacteria found in his DNA, I'd say that it's only temporary and should wear off soon." I answered, pouring the vile onto the bacteria. "Hm. Okay." Rosaria said, stretching her arms and sighing.

"Albedo, it's getting late, I'm going to head home. I'm sure Xiao can take care of Venti." She yawned. "Alright, Saria. Goodnight." She laughed a bit. "Night." Then, she walked out. Xiao nodded at me, then teleported away. Taking Venti with him.
