Moon Panik

In the daycare Moon was busy at work, one of the drink machines had broken and he was trying to fix it. Moon was good at the whole "handyman thing", so all the repairs in the daycare and sometimes outside of it, fell onto him. Fazbear entertainment should really be paying him more, because his current salary is $0. He was pretty invested in his work when he heard a little voice call his name, he turned around and spotted the source of the noise.

"Yes Ottie, is something wrong?" He questioned the small girl.

"I can't sleep."

"Alright, I'm busy right now, give me a little bit then I'll do something with you ok?" He told her, which was true he was quite busy, this repair had definitely proved to be harder than he first anticipated.

"Alright" She responded, but he barely heard her, trying not to mess up what he was working on.

"Fuck!" He exclaimed as he recoiled his hand.

"Language Moony" he heard Sun tell him off in a stern tone from inside his head. He just rolled his eyes and kept working. The designers for the animatronics sure were assholes for giving them the ability to feel pain, he thought to himself. You see all the animatronics had the basic senses they needed to function like sight and hearing, but they also had others that weren't so important, as in smell, touch, pain, and probably the stupidest of them all, taste. Even though they couldn't actually eat, fazbear had equipped then all with artificial taste buds which was especially stupid if your someone like Moon or Sun who works with kids all day who will try to feed them anything and yes, I mean Anything. They said it was to make the animatronics more human like and relatable to the kids. That's why they also have more human like moveable facial features unlike the set features of fazbear animatronics from previous restaurants.

"Finally" The repair had definitely taken moon longer than he expected but at last he was finished. Now to find Ottie who he had realized had been on her own for quite a while at this point. "That can't be good" he thought aloud as he started towards the area with the slumbering children.

Once he was there, he looked around and saw no sight of little Ottie which was something he had expected, so he began his search around the daycare. He first looked behind the security desk where the kids weren't allowed but he still checked anyways, then he checked the small ball pit with the castle in it, when he didn't find her there, he figured that she must have been somewhere inside the soft play structures which he was dreading looking through seeing as it is quite difficult and uncomfortable for him to contort his almost seven foot body to crawl through the structures made for small children. He bent down and started crawling into one of the structures calling out for Ottie quietly since the rest of the kids were still sleeping. By the time he crawled his way through the first structure completely, he was starting to get a bit worried that he hadn't found her yet, Sun's constant directions telling him where to looking wasn't helping either. He still had other places to crawl through and look so he didn't let himself worry too much. He exited the structure and headed to the next.

After about 20 minutes he had crawled through every inch of the play structures, at this point they were both panicking terribly, they had never lost a child before, what if she was lost or hurt or worse. He exited the play structure one last time and searched every inch of the daycare one more time. He had to find her, but he couldn't leave since all the other kids were still there, sound asleep. He was just about to call someone to watch over the sleeping children for him while he went to go look elsewhere for Ottie when he heard the Daycare doors open. In walked one reptilian drummer.

"Do you need something Monty?" He asked the gator not really paying attention, he did have an emergency on his hands after all.

"You lose something?" Monty asked with amusement in his voice.

"How did you-" Moon was confused how could Monty possibly know what had happened.

"Cause, I think I've got something of yours" Moon looked at him and he pointed to the top of his head which held the sleeping form of the one child who nearly gave him a heart attack, which is a very difficult thing to do to someone who doesn't have a heart.

"Oh, thank God" He sighed in relief.

"She somehow made her way to our backstage room, still not sure how she managed it though."

"Who knows honestly." He replied exhausted from his long search. "Thanks for bringing her back" Moon said as he scooped the girl off of Monty's shoulders and hugged her tightly which caused her to stir but not fully wake up.

"Yeah, no problem, try to actually watch the kids next time if you would" he said tauntingly and he turned to walk out.

"Monty, I swear to god I will-" He started angrily but it was too late, the Gator had already walked out of the daycare and shut the door behind him.
