Summary
Steve thought it would be easy once he and his merry band of troublemakers got pardoned and flown back home. Tony would give a huge apology and Bucky would fall in love with him. However, things aren't so simple. For one thing, everyone seems to hate Steve--how preposterous! And secondly, Bucky is way too clingy with Stark...and they've only just met. What's a guy to do when nothing goes his way?(WARNING: Although I am a firm Team Tony supporter for the Civil War, I would like to make it clear that it is not just because I like Iron Man. Tony's made plenty of mistakes throughout the course of his life. However, I honestly just wanted to write a bashing fic.)
Note
I've read a few fics where Steve is in love with Tony when he comes back, so I wanted to write something in which Steve is in love with Bucky (but Bucky doesn't love him back) instead.
