A Telepathic Child
I just changed the fact that the Desmond family have three sons not two
Anya Forger, knowns as subject 007, she could read mind. Created by the experiments of a mysterious organization, she later escaped their facility. Since then she's moved from place to place seeking shelter. Right now, she is standing at the apartment where her new home will be.
"Listen up, little lady." She interrupted him with her name "Anya!"
"Okay, listen up Anya. Starting today, you're my daughter and Alex here is your brother. But to everyone else you've always been my daughter and his sister. Got it?" Twilight, who is known now as Loid Forger, was telling his adopted new daughter how to address them. Alex was looking at his father as if he was stupid.
"OUI!"
"And you should call me 'father'. That sounds super crust enough".
"ChiChi!"
"That works."
While the two were talking Alex was deep in his thoughts. 'Hmm Desmond if I remember correctly the Desmond family had four children three sons and one daughter. That reminds me... doesn't he go to that school.' Alex suddenly smirked mischievously. It sent shivers down Loid spine when he saw it.
Over the years, Loid taught himself to never mess with his son. Especially when he smiles or smirks like that. 'What is he thinking to make that kind of face?! You know what, I don't even wanna know' Loid decided it's best for him not to know.
"Ah now that I think about it Anya why don't you try to call Alex, Alex-nee or onii-chan?" Loid screwed up the moment he said that and he knows it since there is only one person who can call him that but he needed them to get along. Alex on the other hand was planning his father's funeral. 'Do you wanna die, old man?'
Alex was glaring at his stupid excuse of a father before he turned to his new sister which he certainly didn't want. "And you, if you ever call me that I will make sure you will sleep with one eye open today" Alex was glaring at the poor child who is trembling and nodding her head repeatedly meaning she understood despite being sad about not being able to call him brother, she has priorities first which is staying alive. Anya values her life.
'I Don't Wanna Die Early!! Chichiii Help Mee!!!!' Anya was scared to the point of crying. Luckily Loid received the message and saw an old lady, he decided to greet her to save their life. Fortunately for them (Anya and Loid) she greeted them first. The two are grateful for the lady that saved them from his/her deadly son/new brother.
"Hello there. Oh my your children are so adorable and your son is also handsome for his age." She greeted them with a warm smile. Loid decided to respond to her greeting to save himself and of course out of kindness.
"Hello, we're the Forgers. We just moved in today." Alex decided to introduce himself and nudges Anya to follow after him.
"My name is Alex Forger, I hope your having a good day, Madam."
He introduced himself with the most angelic smile ever that blinded the old lady. It was like he never was glaring at them with a scary face earlier.
Anya was shocked with the sudden change of behavior and blushing from how handsome he is.
Alex looked down beside him to see Anya daydreaming and jabbed her to introduce herself. After successfully getting her out of her thoughts she introduced herself while adding unnecessary, suspicious information.
"I'm Anya, and I've Always been ChiChi daughter."

The father-son duo were both mentally screaming and scolding the little girl. Alex was seriously thinking of what to do with her as she is clearly not smart and she can't survive just by reading the kids mind during the entrance exam. Even if she did pass, that doesn't guarantee her future success in school.
Anya wasn't aware of what he was thinking as she couldn't read his mind. She was confused about why she couldn't but what she didn't know is that he wasn't the only one. His family (-Loid) were immune to these kinds of powers or invasion of mind.
From what Alex and his other siblings know, their mother had been experimenting on when she was a child and was used as a weapon for war. But that's also how she met Loid and they've been each other's support as they had no one else to rely on or comfort them.
Because of all kinds of injections they used on her, they made an inhuman weapon that can destroy an army in a war. That's how powerful she is. Anyway back to the story-
The moment they stepped inside their apartment, Alex immediately collapsed on the couch and Anya was excited to watch the Tv. Loid was tired and just sat the opposite of his son, not really wanting to do anything but he needed to forge Anya an ID. Alex needed sleep that he missed for the month as he was busy with mission after mission. Loid was having a hard time with Anya because she wanted him to take her. She was clinging to him too much but he still left without her. Last night's events were chaotic and amazingly, Alex didn't even wake up or flinch from the noise. Anya wanted to go wherever Loid goes in hopes of seeing Spy actions like the ones she saw on TV.
{The Next Day}
Last night's events were chaotic and amazingly, Alex didn't even wake up or flinch from the noise. You might be wondering how he is a spy if he lets his guard so easily. The answer is quite simple, his body is on auto mode for sneak attacks and his is almost invisible when he is asleep thus making the enemy ignore as they didn't see him.
Loid told everything that happend last night to him and oh boy was Alex enraged with him.
"In short, you let a child get kidnapped and on top of that on her first day with us" Loid didn't move and put his head down like how a mother would scold her son for being an idiot.
Alex and his siblings have been at least kidnapped when they were kids but its because they weren't normal but this kid is a normal one if we leave the fact that she has telepathic. She was also needed for the mission and Loid was feeling guilty. He can't change that but at least shes safe... right?
"Are you planning on becoming even more useless than you already are? Do you never get tired of me and the others always scolding you? You're not a kid for gods sake!"
Loid couldn't say anything and just kept his head down eating for someone to come and save him. Anya was sleeping thus couldn't help her (new) dad. His head jolted as he heard his phone ring and immediately picked it up. It was his beloved wife calling him. Loid cried in relief and joy. He was thanking the gods for once.
"Hello Loid dear, how are you?" A masculine and deep but soft voice spoke on the other side.
"I'm doing well Shimizu-san, thank you for asking and calling" Loid answered with a cheerful voice but whispered the last part so Alex wouldn't hear this. Fortunately or unfortunately, Alex got irked hearing what his useless father said
"That is good to hear, how is the mission going so far? What about Alex?" The woman, whos name is now revealed to be Shimizu. Her asking about how the mission is going reminded Loid about the kidnapping which is the reason why Alex almost killed him if it wasn't for her calling him.
[I had to go back and see if I had already introduced Shimizu but meh]
Loid sweat dropped at his son's dark face that promises to kill him for almost ruining the mission by making one mistake. He hurriedly answered "Yes! everything is going well, thank you for checking on us" Loid gave his phone to Alex since she wanted to know how her son is doing.
Alex assures his mother that he's doing fine and reports how it is going so far. "About the mission, we adopted a kid named Anya. The owner of the orphanage told us that she is the smartest one or so but she's actually dumb if you ask me. If it doesn't turn out good, we will have to change our plan and ask them if they can delay your mission for a later time so you can help us if this turned into a failure."
Loid immediately agreed with his son about asking them if he can do the missions with his real family. He still has to look for a wife but since Alex already covered that, he just need to meet her.
To get into the academy is a challenge itself. Alex is a really smart child, which makes Loid not worried at all however, the problem is Anya. That child is clearly not smart. He isn't even sure how she solved the crossword puzzle.
Shimizu spoke for the third time today and said. "I'm sure everything is gonna be fine and I already have a hunch that Alex already found a fake wife for you Loid." Loid dropped his head at the reminder of the fact he has to get married to another woman.
As if knowing what he's thinking she spoke again, "Loid, dear I'm not telling you to get married or anything, you can strike a deal with the woman Alex picked that will benefits you both" She softly told him, assuring him that he does not need to go to such length for this.
"Okay" A quite voice spoke. Shimizu felt even more bad but she can't do anything this time. Shimizu always refused these kind of mission but Loid never knew since she deemed it unnecessary.
Luckily for Loid, Shimizu had another surprise that she was going to tell him later but now is the right time as well. "Loi, if everything went well with the mission, we're going to the hot spring. However, I need your opinion regarding his matter"
Loid beamed and as fast as light, he nodded repeatedly. "Of course! I can't wait!" He smiled softly when the thought of going on a vacation with his family. It made his heart melt with happiness.
On the other side of the phone, his wife couldn't help but smile just hearing him being this happy with going on a vacation. She's gonna have to talk with the boss about their vacation for a month considering all the work they have done.
"Well then Loi, I must go as I'm busy at the moment. I'm sorry dear, I will talk to you later" Alex mouth twitched as if it wants to smile at his parents interaction. They always made sure to show affection to each other every time they get a chance. As if it was reassurance that they will always have each other.
Alex really loves his parents and family even tho he's sometimes mean to Loid, it's just teasing and he makes sure he never goes to far with it.
