The NIGHT Where We Tried Sneaking Out

It was the night, all the adults should be asleep. They have their chance to escape from the front door! Peter waited anxiously in the hall way, near the staircase to living room, waiting for his sisters to meet up with him. Let's just say, Shuri got the hottest tickets to the best, all night party in the city tonight and she ain't going to sneak out by herself. She planned this for three months, the plan was smooth and simple, wait for all the adults to go to bed and leave at 11:15 P.M. She is going to take Peter and Wanda with her, obviously, so she told them to dress up like they are going to dance the night away. So there was Peter, in a black dress shirt and dark pants, with some dress shoes on that Tony bought him a little while ago. His soft, brown hair was combed nicely and he made sure to squeeze some soft, smelling cologne that could only be smelled if you are quite close to him.

"Peter!"

Some whispered the teen's name, looking over his shoulder, Peter grinned on seeing Wanda smiling ravishingly at him.

"You look great!" Wanda complimented, tip-toeing over in her heels as she made no sound and giving Peter a gentle hug as he gladly returned.

"Thanks!" Peter whispered, then looking down at Wanda, observing her up and down. "God! You look stunning!"

She was indeed, Wanda wore a shimmering, gold turtleneck along with a puffy black skirt that passed her knees. She was already wearing a pair of gold heels, that weren't to long but not too short either, fitting her height perfectly. Her soft, brown hair was tied in a side braid with a gold ribbon to hold the end and smelling the air, she smelled like roses and violets.

Wanda smile at her little brother, holding him close to her with one hand on her waist.

"Thanks and," she sniffed him, turning to him smiling. "You smell really good, is it that new men's cologne that is causing that big chaos in the market this week?"

"Y-yeah," Peter nervously chuckled, rubbing his neck. "Dad got it for me the other day."

"Well someone is going to get a bunch of ladies all around him."

The two siblings looked across the hall, grinning widely as they saw their sister, Shuri, making her way toward them as she wore a cheerful look on her face. She looked great, beyond great to be exact as the young princess was wearing a sleeveless, turquoises dress to her knees, that had a skirt that seemed to move on its on. She wore her braided hair in a fishtail, that went down passing her waist with a few hair accessories. She wore some sandals that matched her dress, getting closer you feel the scent of the ocean from her.

"You guys look amazing!" Shuri grinned.

"And the same could go for you," Wanda returned the same grin as Peter nodded in agreement. Shuri smiled, only to turn to her sneaky self,

"Okay, all the adults should be asleep, let's go," she told them as they nodded.

They crept down the staircase, making to the living room without any trouble, going down, they finally were about to reach the elevator when...

"Where you think you're going?"

The three sibling yelped, the lights went on and the trio wheeled around to see Tony with crossed arms, smirking.

"Um... to bed?" Peter suggested as his sisters quickly nodded, all three frozen in place.

"Dressed like that?" Tony wiggled his brows.

The siblings turned to each other, hoping one of them had an excuse. Before any of them could say anything, Tony spoke again,

"I don't think so, go to bed unless you want to be grounded."

"Yes, M-mr. Stark," Peter nodded, pushing his sisters towards the stairs. "Love you!"

"Love you too, kiddo!"

Once Tony was sure they were gone, he spoke into his hidden ear piece

"Mission Stopping the Kids on the Go, IronDad out!" he whispered, before turning the lights off.

Three minutes later, the kids were on the go again.

"Okay, forget Plan A, Plan B," Shuri said, leading her siblings to the window. "Through the window!"

"Right, Peter would use his webbing and I'll use my magic to-" Wanda began but only to yelp, taking a step back. A hand on her heart, her eyes were filled with fear along with impressed hidden in them.

"What's wrong?" Peter asked, he and Shuri's backs facing the windows.

"Feared the Widow Bites, love."

Peter and Shuri jumped, their jaws dropping as they turned around to see Natasha hanging out the window, smirking.

"Nat! W-what are you doing here?" Wanda managed to blurt out.

"Good question," Natasha grinned cheekily.

"Huh?" all three siblings questioned.

"Just what are we all doing here?" she said, climbing inside from the window. "Go to bed and we will not speak of this."

The kids said nothing, sharing a look, they shared a telepathic thought. 'Plan C', before taking one last look from Natasha, they ran.

"Kids," Natasha smirked, shaking her head before putting a finger to her earpiece. "They're gong to you Big Green, act natural. Roger that, Aunt Widow out."

The kids raced towards the science lab,

"Okay, Mr. Stark installed a secret passage in the lab, in case we need to avoid something or someone from the above," Peter lead the way.

"Isn't it lock?" Wanda asked, tailing behind him, with Shuri.

"Nope, the lab is always opened in case of an emergency," Peter answered, finally making to the lab. "It's usually empty on Fridays. Come one."

"What are we waiting for?" Shuri turned the doorknob first to go in with a victorious grin and first to come one with an embarrassed smile on her face. "NOPE! You lied."

The middle child hid behind Wanda, sighing with a defeated giggle escaping her lips. Confused, Peter and Wanda poked their heads in... instantly regretting it as they saw Bruce sitting in a comfy chair, with a book in hand as he pretended to read it, in front of the secret passage. He finally looked up seeing, smiling innocently at the three children. Upon seeing them, he saw a bashful Peter, a shy Wanda, and an embarrassed Shuri behind them. Still smiling, Bruce directed them to get out and go to bed, with his eyes slightly turning green. Sighing heavily, the kids shared a look... 'Plan D'. The bidden Bruce a quiet good night, before walking out of the lab, closing the door after them. Grinning cheerfully, Bruce spoke into his earpiece,

"Got them, didn't even need to say a word. They are going to the kitchen. Roger that, Uncle Banner out."

"You seriously installed a secret passage in the fridge?" Peter asked, trying so hard not to laugh along with Wanda.

"For research purposes," Shuri winked at them, leading them to the kitchen.

"Impressive," Wanda chirped as Shuri and Peter grinned at her, finally making to the kitchen.

"Thanks," Shuri giggled.

"What is impressive?"

The three kids jumped back, startled, seeing it was Thor and T'Challa looking at them with smirks on their faces. Thor had a pop tart in his clutches, taking a big bite out of it, while T'Challa simply was taking a sip of a refreshing glass of cold water.

"Hmm... going somewhere?" T'Challa said, giving Shuri the evil eye, causing Shuri to roll her eyes.

"Yes. To bed. We were just sleep walking, nothing was real..." Shuri waved her hands at them, pushing Wanda and Peter out of the kitchen with her before either her brother or Thor could have a chance to add on to the situation. "Good night, Thor!"

"Night, children! Sweet dreams!" Thor waved them goodbye, leaving T'Challa slightly offended.

The three children left the two men alone in the kitchen. The duo shared a look... before sharing a smirk, glancing up at the air vents.

"Silly Midgardian children, thinking we're stupid," Thor chuckled, winking at T'Challa.

"Indeed," T'Challa chuckled, touching his earpiece as so did Thor. "This is Brother Panther and Uncle of Lightning, Wanda is going to take the lead on this one. Over and out."

"Wow, the air vents are pretty clean here," Peter whispered, tailing Wanda and Shuri as they crawled in the vents to find a way out.

Wanda, who was leading the way, looked over her shoulder, grinning as she said,

"Yep, I use to usually use the vents when I'm bored and want to make my entrance dramatic before I met you guys, the thought slipped out of my mind."

"Why did you stop?" Shuri asked, looking over her shoulder to makes sure Peter was still there.

"Eh... something about-," Wanda suddenly stopped crawling, causing her two younger siblings to gently collide with her.

"W-Wanda! What's... oh," Shuri's voice first rang with worry, only to spot to see what made her big sister to stop.

Peter, who couldn't see what was happening, didn't understand at first... only to suddenly realize the only scenario that is happening right now that made him think 'Shit'.  His theory was reality as he filched of hearing a familiar voice that said,

"Trying to leave the bird's nest, eh? Don't think so, sweetie..."

Clint 'Hawkeye' Barton stood before them, nose to nose with his little girl, Wanda.

"Bed time..." Shuri muttered, started to crawl back with Peter.

"Night dad..." Wanda whispered.

"Night sweetie..." Clint kissed her nose, making her quietly giggle as she too started to crawl back.

Once they were gone, Clint spoke into his earpiece,

"Final take down. Roger that, HawkDad out!"

The kids let out a short cry as they fell out of the air vents, crashing down onto the tiled floor. Groaning momentarily, helping each other up, they observed the floor they were on... only to realize, they were on the final floor, the exit before them, just twenty feet away. It was calling for them...

The three kids shared a look, big grins slowly growing up on their faces as they then sprinted towards the exit, screaming:

"FREEEEEDOOOMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

They were so close, they were going to make it, they were going to that party... until they collided face first into someone holding a shield.

Getting use to the stars in their eyes, the kids looked up to see... Steve, smirking as he held is shield firmly.

"I could gain you freedom, but I could take it away rather quickly," he told them.

The kids shared a look... before sighing heavily.

"I give up." Shuri was first out the door to go to her room.

"Me too." Wanda murmured.

"Night Cap," Peter grumbled.

Seeing the kids have given up, Steve grinned, speaking into his earpiece,

"Mission success. Uncle America, out"

With a satisfied look on his face, he left.

In Wanda's room, she took off her party wear and was now in a soft, pink night dress, laying on her stomach on her bed. Sighing, she smiled sweetly,

"The jokes on them."

In Shuri's room, she kicked off her sandals, lying on her bed on her back, grinning,

"We are the true victorious."

In Peter's room, who was now in a comfy, Iron man shirt and sweatpants, he laid in his bed, smiling,

"Because... the party is next week. We got them out of their suspicious."
