The sun cast a golden glow over the city as the students of Collège Françoise Dupont gathered in the common room of Stark Tower. Today marked their last day in New York, and the air buzzed with excitement. They were not just in any building; they were in the home of the Avengers.
As they enjoyed their breakfast, the elevator dinged, and out stepped heroes they had only seen on the news or in magazines. Captain America, with his iconic shield, gave them a nod and a smile. Black Widow's gaze swept over the room with a cool confidence, and the Hulk, in his human form as Bruce Banner, offered a shy wave. The students were star struck, their voices hushed in reverence.
Tony Stark entered the room with his usual flair, clapping his hands to get everyone's attention. "Alright, kids, enjoy your breakfast. We've got a big day ahead. And," he added with a twinkle in his eye, "a little surprise for you later."
The day was filled with tours of the labs, demonstrations of the latest tech, and stories of battles won and lost. The students hung on every word, their imaginations ignited by the possibilities of what one could achieve.
As the afternoon waned, Tony pulled Marinette aside. His expression was serious, a stark contrast to his usual playful demeanour. "Marinette, I've been watching you. You've got a sharp mind, a creative spirit, and a knack for problem-solving. How would you like to spend your summer with us as an intern?"
Marinette's eyes widened in disbelief. "Mr. Stark, I— That would be amazing!"
Tony nodded, pleased. "Good. I see potential in you, and I think you could learn a lot here. Plus, I have a feeling you've got some... unique skills that could come in handy."
Before Marinette could respond, Tony turned to address the class. "And for the rest of you, I've got an invitation. At the end of your summer vacation, Stark Industries will be hosting a gala. Consider yourselves all invited. It'll be a night to remember."
The room erupted in cheers and applause. A gala hosted by Tony Stark was the epitome of glamour and excitement.
As the day drew to a close, the students returned to their rooms to pack, their minds racing with the day's events. For Marinette, the offer of an internship was a dream come true, and the gala was the cherry on top.
