A Stars Love

(Y/N) (L/N) was Zuko's doting wife, and love of his life. He was the heir to a big company, Fire Nation inc. and a pop star. Who could want more? But I supposed that I'll take you back to when you first met.

(Y/N) (L/N), better known as Diamond by fans, was a famous singer and respectable woman. She was heir to the (L/N) fortune and lived in a mansion all her life. So when her father remarried and Christina Janell Earl, and though she would've been prettier is her face wasn't caked with makeup and her body wasn't stuffed full of silicone, she was happy to finally have a mother. But her father died when she was just the age of seven, and she was made to be her step-mother's slave, no one would've known. Christina hid everything about their lives so quickly when her father died that the media hadn't had a chance to ask (Y/N) about anything, with Christina opting to say, "She's too young to be in the media."

You had just turned sixteen when Christina started talking about you moving out. It was scary to think that you could be kicked out of the house at any given time, the fact that you were so sheltered that you had no survival skills truly scared you. So while you lived in the mansion some of the maids and butlers took it upon themselves to teach you crucial survival skills for the world. So when Christina brought up the subject of you moving out, you asked her this;

"Why haven't I gotten a paycheck for the past nine years?" You asked as you set down the pitcher.

"What? Why haven't you gotten paid? Because, if they found out that I was paying a minor the government and authorities would be after me." She said as she took a sip of her wine.

"And what do you think is withholding me from telling the truth?" You asked as you focused all of your attention on her.

"Because silly girl, you're an orphan. Your father died and thanks to you so did your mother. Now go fetch me some more wine." She said as she looked at the empty pitcher.

"No, I shall not. I have gotten tired of your mess and you being a prick, and quite frankly I think that everyone else has. Now I demand that you pay me for the nine years I worked for you, or get sued." Was all you said as you crossed your arms over your chest.

"Never!" She said standing up and marching out of the room.

In summary, you sued her and won giving you the mansion and the fortune along with the money she should've paid you. And now you were here, looking through your father's things. He'd left a book on his business plans for the company, one was to join the (L/N) company and Fire Nation inc. together. Being the loving and thoughtful daughter you were you started to look for the phone number of the company to arrange a meeting. Turns out that the owner had a son and a daughter, but you chose to see the son considering what you've heard about the daughter.

"Mr. Zuko, it's nice to finally meet you." You said bowing and ushering him into his seat.

"It's nice to finally meet you too (Y/N)." He said sitting down across from you.

The whole evening you talked about the plans to join the company's and build a bigger empire. Now fast forward to five years later, the company's were joined and you and Zuko were working side by side as a musical duo. You both choose your stage names wisely, with you opting to be called Diamond and him being called Blood Moon despite your protest to the way his name sounded feminine. Most fans made a theory that you two were a couple, but little did you know that someone had said it to make them think that.

You never knew how angry Zuko could get when he snapped, and today you were tempting fate. You wanted to fly solo, you thought it would be best if both you and Zuko parted ways and started your own solo careers. One was always holding the other back, so it was hard to write your own lyrics when the other had other ideas for the next song, and that caused fights between you and Zuko. If you had plans to make an upbeat song he'd counter that with a melancholy song idea. It just wasn't working anymore, your fans saw how you were falling apart when songs were being released that sounded like a mixture of sadness and happiness. And for the sake of your whole mental state, you would cut it off.

"Zuko, I really hate to say this but, our whole 'musical duo' thing isn't working for me. You're too sad and melancholy to match my upbeat ideas, and I understand if you're mad at me for telling you this, but I just can't work like that." You said it picking up the bags you had packed and opened the door of your shared apartment to leave. You opened the trunk of your Buick Encore and placed the bags in there hopped in the front seat and drove off.

It had been five months since you moved out of the apartment and you were doing great. Your career had taken off so easily that you had sold out tickets for your first concert. And even though you thought it would be smooth sailing, a storm was brewing on the other side of town.

Zuko was pissed, so pissed that no matter how much he screamed, yelled, or fought a person he always came our with the same emotion; anger. And it was all 'your fault'. You had left him right when he was going to ask you out, and not only that, you had left him with nothing but that damn tiny apartment. And what happened after you left him? You became successful, lived in a mansion, and had more fans than he could even think up a number for. You had it all and left him with nothing. So when he made a plan to get his revenge and have you by his side once and for all he knew you were too week to refuse. His plan? Threaten you into marrying him by saying that he'll blow up the arena that you'll perform at, of course. And he knew just how to do it.

"Who are you?" Asked one of the guards that protected you on the outside of the door.

"Zuko. My connections with Ms. (L/N) is that we're friends and business partners." Zuko said looking the male dead in the eye.

"You may go in." The bulky male said side-stepping and opening the door to let Zuko into your room.

"(Y/N), I have come with an offer," Zuko said sitting on the couch across from your mirror where you sat. "Marry me and stay with me until you die or I'll blow up the arena with all of your fans in it." He said looking at your surprised face, you had accidentally lost control of your hand and the lipstick trailed off to your cheek.

"What the hell, Zuko? I was just about to call you and ask if we could patch up the whole musical duo thing, and you come here with this....this bull?! No, I refuse your offer." You said grabbing a makeup wipe and wiping off the mistake you made on your face.

"(Y/N), you don't have a choice. Do you want your fans to die because of you?" He asked looking at you to which you replied with silence. "Exactly. Now, why don't we announce the great news to the whole world?" He asked taking your hand and leading to the stage.

And from that day forth, you weren't an independent female who was a self-starter and a loving human being. You were just the property of the man who made you bare his children and who isolated you from civilization in your own home.
