Chapter 1
Sara has been walking around for days, depressed and nauseous. She’s very slow when reacting, her stomach churning as she swallows.
For the billionth time, they ask her if she’s okay. She obviously isn’t, but lies. She comes across Raiden, feeling a burning sensation in her throat, on her evening patrol. She’s been burping quietly, covering her stomach with her left arm and her mouth with her right hand, running over to an empty pot. She let loose the first slurry of vomit, seeing pink and green together. She belches and coughs. She pants more, before heaving again. Undigested chunks of her dinner come flying into the plant pot. She inhaled deeply, as she gagged up every meal she’d had that day. It smelled rancid, her stomach finally aching less. Once she finishes wet heaving, Raiden comes up and rubs small circles on her back, assuring her she’s okay. Kujou Sara is taken to her house, collapsing into tears and crying into Raiden.
Raiden hugs Sara, her general having been depressed and thrown up. She continues to rub circles into Sara’s back, stroking her forehead and kissing her forehead. She continues to tell Sara it’s okay, as Sara weeps until she falls asleep at midnight. She puts Kujou Sara into bed, tucking her in. She quietly leaves, as Kujou Sara sleeps like a baby.
