i love you so

Robin woke up to bright sun rays hitting her square in the face. She groaned at the light and flipped over to embrace Nancy, only to find nothing there. Her arms fell onto her naked body. She thought for a moment before the realization kicked in. She and Nancy had sex last night and now she was alone. Alone in her bed with nothing but the cold sheets to comfort her. She looked down to see her clothes scattered across the floor of her bedroom and started to cry. Why did she leave? Did I do something wrong? Does she hate me? Is this just a one time thing? Is this just a hookup to her? Robin's thoughts quickly spiraled. She cried for a while longer before deciding to take a shower. She chose an outfit and walked to her bathroom. She looked in the mirror to see her body covered in hickeys, bruises, and lipstick stains. The lipstick stains trailed from her face all the way down her neck and finally to her chest. There were hickeys all up and down her neck and a few scattered around her thighs. There were bruises on her back from Nancy gripping onto her with such force. She didn't want to look at herself any longer so she whipped the tears from her eyes and climbed into the shower.

A few hours later she was lying in her bed, thinking about what happened the night before. She had invited Nancy over to watch a movie. She had insisted that Nancy watched Fast Times. She ended up unintentionally pausing the movie 53 minutes and 5 seconds, making up some excuse to go use the bathroom so that she didn't have to look Nancy in the eyes as she blushed profusely. When she came back she saw Nancy sitting on the couch, staring at the tv and looking as innocent as possible. Robin coughed to get her attention and Nancy's head snapped around to look at her. Nancy’s face was flushed, she was a blushing mess and she knew Robin could tell. Robin sat back on the couch and they made eye contact. They stared at each other for a while before some sort of unknown force pulled them together. Nancy put her arms around Robin's neck and Robin cupped the other girl's cheeks. “Can I?’ Nancy whispered under her breath. Robin nodded. So Nancy pulled her closer and closer until their lips touched. Robin felt like she was on fire. She started kissing Nancy with a passion, like it was the last day on earth. She kissed her like it was the last kiss she’d ever have. And much to her surprise, she kissed back. Nancy kissed her back and Robin swore it was the best thing she had ever felt. She felt butterflies erupting in her chest, goosebumps going up and down her back, and a feeling like electricity flowing through her. Finally they had to pull back for air. Nancy looked at her, panting and not even bothering to remove the hands around her neck. “Your room?” she asked, clearly implying something. “What?”. “Your room. Lets go to your room?”. It was like something clicked in her brain, she understood.”Ohh. Yes. Yes let's go to my room” she said, nearly out of breath. Nancy smiled and kissed her again. They were practically making out the whole way up to Robin’s room. She fumbled with the doorknob to her room as Nancy clumsily pushed her into the room and onto the bed. Nancy straddled Robin, causing the girl to let out a groan. She smirked and lent back down to kiss her.
Robin unintentionally thrusted her hips, desperate for friction. Nancy moaned and slid her tongue into Robin's mouth. From there, pretty much everything was a blur for Robin. All she remembered was letting out light and airy moans here and there. Moaning out Nancy’s name more times than she could count. She remembered feeling like she was on cloud nine, she felt like she was floating. Everytouch felt light and airy. It was all so magical. Nancy's touch just made her feel so good. It felt so right. She remembered finally coming down from her high and feeling so, so good. Once she had finished Nancy kissed her again and then cuddled until she fell asleep.

Robin doesn't remember anything else. All she knows is that she misses Nancy. She misses Nancy's pretty face and soft smile. She misses the feeling of her lips. She misses her touch. Honestly, she misses everything. Robin was sick of pondering so she decided she was going to confront Nancy. Although she was terrified she didn't want to wait any longer. So, she got on her bike and was on her way to the Wheeler's home.
She’d be lying if she said she wasn’t nervous. A thousand thoughts were racing through her head at the speed of light. Before she had time to focus on one thought she arrived at her house. She parked her bike on the side of the house and made her way to the window. She struggled getting up but somehow managed to persevere. Once she finally got onto the roof, she knocked gently on Nancy’s window. Nancy turned her head to see where the sound was coming from. When she did she just blinked and gave Robin a blank stare. Robin sighed and made a hand motion, guiding Nancy to come towards the window. She complied and walked to the window. When she opened it she said “Robin.. What are you doing here?”. Robin sighed. “Nancy, I think you know why I’m here”. Nancy’s breath hitched but she just looked up at her in shame. “You’re right. I do know why.” she said solemnly. “Nancy I know you don't want to but we need to talk about this.”. When Nancy didn’t reply, Robin took a step closer to her and held her hands. Nancy looked up at her, tears welling in her eyes. “Please?’ Robin begged. “Okay”. They both walked to her bed and sat down. Robin looked her dead in the eye and said “Nancy. I need to know. Why did you leave me last night? Did I do something wrong? Do you hate me? Was this just a one time thing? Was it just a hookup to you?” Robin asked, tears rolling down her face. Nancy started crying too. Nancy cupped Robin’s cheek. “Oh Robin.. I’m so sorry, You didn’t do anything wrong. I could never hate you. And I don’t want this to be a one time thing. It wasn't just a hookup to me. I like you Robin, I really do.”. “Then why did you leave me? Nancy I thought this meant something to you! I don’t understand!” Robin yelled through her tears. “Robin. Robin look at me” she told her. And so she did. “Robin. I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have left you. I was just so overwhelmed with all these new feelings. I didn’t know what to do. It was my first time.. With a girl I mean.” she whispered. “Me neither. I mean obviously. But I wouldn’t have left you. I love you Nancy! I really do. I’m just so upset. I thought you hated me.” she sobbed. “Robin..I..” she trailed off, “You what Nancy?!” she shouted. Nancy decided to take a leap of faith. “Robin, I love you too. I could never hate you. I’m so sorry. I was just so afraid. I didn’t know how to process what just happened. I felt something I’ve never felt before. You were my first kiss. With a girl. And the first girl I’ve ever had sex with. And I enjoyed it. It felt good, better than anything I’ve ever felt before. I really like you Robin. You are the most beautiful person I’ve ever met. You’re witty, smart, funny, and just..perfect. And I understand if you never want to see or talk to me again. I just want you to know that I love you. And I’m sorry”. Robin just stared. “Nancy…” she said. Nancy started to cry again. “Hey hey don't cry. Come here” she said, beckoning Nancy to come closer. Once she did, Robin embraced her in a tight hug. “I love you Nancy. Just..next time please don’t leave without letting me know. You need to tell me. I love you and I care about you. I know it’s hard to come to terms with this. But.. we can do it together?”. Nancy smiled and said “Yeah. Yeah I’d like that”. “Okay. But can we take a nap first? I’m exhausted.” Robin said. “Yes. “ she whispered, kissing her on the cheek.

“So” Robin started, sleep dripping from her voice. “How do you feel?”. Nancy yawned and looked up at her. “Good. How do you feel?” she asked. “I feel good too. Are you ready to talk about it yet?”. “Yeah. I think so”. “Okay. I don’t really know where to start.” Robin said. “I can start. Um. What are we? Or what do you want us to be? Because I know that friends don’t kiss or makeout or have sex”. Robin giggled. “Yeah. no shit. I want us to be girlfriends.” Robin whispered. Nancy lookedher in the eye and said “Yes! I mean.. I um. I’d love that. Yeah. We can be girlfriends!” she said, cursing herself for tripping over her words. “Okay” Robin said, trying to stifle her giggles. “Nancy, will you be my girlfriend?” Robin asked. “Yes! Obviously!” Nancy said, kissing Robin’s cheek. Robin grabbed her face and pulled her into a kiss. Once she pulled back she said “Ugh, I’ve been waiting to do that. I missed it”. “Pfft, you kissed me yesterday!” Nancy laughed. “Yeah, well yesterday feels like a year ago.”. They stayed there in comfortable silence for a while before Robin started talking again. “I’m not mad at you anymore but I still want to know why you left last night.”. “Right. Okay.” she sighed. “It’s okay. Take your time” Robin said. “Okay. I’m ready. So. Last night, after you fell asleep the realization finally kicked in. I don’t know why it took me so long to register what happened. But once it did I started panicking. I mean, you were the first girl I kissed. And the first girl I had sex with! I didn’t know how to process that. It was so overwhelming. Especially because I liked it! And I like you! I started panicking and decided it would probably be better if I just left. So I did. I went home and I didn’t even bother to take a shower. I just put on my pajamas and cried. I couldn’t even fall asleep. Then you came here and well. Here we are” Nancy said. “Oh. Nancy.. I didn’t know you felt like that. You could've talked to me. I’m always here for you. I love you Nancy” Robin told her. “I love you too.”. “Promise you’ll talk to me next time?” she asked. “Of course.”. “Oh and Nancy”. “Yeah?”. “You do want to do it again sometime right?” Robin asked sheepishly. “Yes. Yes of course I do. But not before I take you on a date first!”. “Okay. I like that. Oh and don’t leave me next time. Stay with me. Aftercare is important.” Robin said. “I promise, I won't. I love you Robin.” Nancy said, looking at her. “I love you Nancy” she said. Robin grabbed her face and gave her a sweet kiss.
