Chapter 1
Ever since the defeation of Malomyotismon, Miyako and Takeru have been getting closer. All the other digidestined have noticed this, especially Ken and Hikari. Everyone used to think that Takeru and Hikari had something for each other, until Takeru's sudden change in feelings towards her. Same thing with Ken and Miyako. All the others suspected that they had feelings for eachother, but then they were separated because of Miyakos closeness towards Takeru. However, All of this couldn't have been farther than the truth. If anything, it's the opposite. Ever since Hikari met Miyako, she had been in love with her. Ken, who was in the same situation, had loved Takeru even when Ken had his emperor alter ego. All of this is what caused a load of out of character jealousy for the normally calm teenagers. Will they find the solution to their jealousy, or will they be envious of the others crush forever?
From Hikaris Perspective
Hikari's walk to school wasn't very fun. It had been pouring hard and nobody was home to drive her. By the time she had got to school her clothes were soaked and she was cold. Luckily when she opened the doors the heat quickly lunged at her, which made her feel refreshed.
- I wonder where Miyako is.....- Hikari thought as she walked through the halls. She walked up stairs, trying to spot the other girl. Finally, she saw dull purple hair and knew she had found her. Ken was with her too. She smiled as she walked up to them, but it quickly faded as she heard what was happening.
"What are you even mad about, Ken?” Miyako cried. Kari looked at Ken, and he did look really bitter. -What is going on?- Kari thought to herself confused.
"Are you that dumb? Ken said with anger in his voice. I told you me and Takeru were gonna go out! But what did you do? You went and asked if you and her could hang out instead!" Ken ran off towards the stairs while Miyako just stood there silent.
-Maybe I should say something…..- Hikari pondered. But before she could Miyako had also wandered off. It took Hikari a few minutes to process and realize what just happened.
- Wait… Miyako and Takeru were going on a… date? Or were they just hanging out? - Thinking about the first option made Hikari furious. She was going to do something about it, but the bell suddenly rang.
- Ill do something about it later I guess…- Hikari then began her walk to her first period, which was social studies. Definitely not a good start to the day.
