apologies for the long lack of chapters and updates and the such! and apologies for this not being a proper chapter

wanted to let you guys to know that this fic is not abandoned / on a hiatus / forgotten !

me and tanu had a realization that our timeline of events within the fic is. absolutely Everywhere. so we've been trying to rewrite chapters to match a more conclusive timeline (i.e, moving them up to a highschool setting so some things-- like eric being able to drive in chap. 9 -- make much more sense)

however we will be updating each individual existing chapter as well as finishing up chapter 10 ! so don't worry about that 

once that's all done we'll be deleting this chapter !
