Chapter 5
Peter and Y/N followed Drax to the site of Gamora's capture, you barely able to keep up with a fast pace.
When you arrived, there were two sentry golems. Without warning, they fired twin beams. Your headphones pulsed and the same signia on your right hand appeared on your earpieces. Peter noticed the Spartax signia appear on your headphones.
"What?!" Peter said in astonishment.
"Woah, they've never done that before," you say staring at the headphones in hand. Peter was having a flashback. Sort of a deja vu moment to a time when he found out, that those toy blasters. Yeah, they weren't really toys. And it looks like it was happening to Y/N too.
The headphones then lifted themselves and rested on your ears. You felt a surge of emotional energy surge through you from them. That energy Took shape of a ruby gem. Suddenly you knew what to do. You brought the gemstone to your chest. It changed everything from your hair to clothing. First, your clothes disappeared and body became enveloped in red. Fire burst from the ruby stone, forming two Wolves, a red and yellow one and an orange and yellow one. The two circled around you then the red went into your left arm, the orange your right. The furry flames became a red-orange body suit. You touched your head and your hair grew poofy and long in the shape of a flame It turned red, orange, and yellow resembling a fiery sunset. You grew facial hair resembling a wolf's. Wolf ears also peaked from your head same color as your hair. Ten flames shot from the ruby, shooting to your behind. Ten fire wolf tails grew from it, the same color. The ruby went into your armor chest plate, sending flame surges throughout your bodysuit. Ruby colored fluctuating flames took the shape of a mask upon your face. Flames formed into metaphysical armor on your body as living flames, flowing with raw emotion. Wings of flame sprouted from your back. The Ruby appeared in front you. You grabbed it, squeezed with immense force, shattering it. The shards became a crimson red bo staff.
Transformation: Jyubi, Rubī Hinotsubasa Ōkami Transformation Complete the headphones said in a Discjockey's voice.
"YOU" Thanos yelled at Quill. He grabbed a mass destructive weapon out of his holster, aimed and fired. A black beam shot out, aiming straight for Peter, who froze. You jumped and split kicked them out of the way, sending them to opposite sides of the street. You brought your bo staff out in front of you. You enlarged it and made it over and spin in front of you. at blinding speeds. You had in front of you palms pushing out. You summoned extra power and made the ray dissipate. Then spinning around, threw the enlarged bo staff, destroying the two sent. With a quick flick of the wrist, it came back. But not before hitting him in the back of the head.
He was peeved.
Thanos then summoned a tornado vacuuming all heroes and you, sky high. All were passed out, besides you and Dr. Strange who was awoken by his cape. You, however, were awoken by the flames of your wings. I guess being slapped by enchanted things has its benefits.
Dr. Strange gathered all of his comrades as he could in his magic sphere but was unsuccessful in getting you and Star-Lord. You used your flames, rocketing yourself to him. Upon arrival to his unconscious body, you grabbed him.
"Quick you need to use your flames to slow your descent " Dr. Strange shouted to you. But you had another idea. Once you've seen a certain pink haired pyro wizard accomplish.
You aimed your hand toward Avengers Tower. A flame hand reached out and grabbed hold of the "A". When you go to the roof, you look and Thanos is gone. Then you turn to Peter.
" How did I do that?! No better question how can my headphones do anything like that?! These were my birthday present when I was, like, eight! What in the bloody hell is going on?!" You started crying.
"Peter, you know what I am, don't you? Please, TELL ME, WHAT. AM. I."
He looked down and answered with remorse " Say, Goodbye to your hopes of a normal life kid, Y/N, you're an alien or, something " It's true he was Spartax. But, Peter was puzzled he never heard of a Spartax doing all that. At least what he heard of. The true question was how different was he and why.
Somewhere in Netherspace
Thanos was pissed. He accomplished gem fusion so quickly, what is he?!
"I'm going to have to find a shadow Gem to even the score." He got up teleported within the smoke.
