A rare miracle (Harrow Nova)

Harrow Nova was surprised when the Reverend Daughter visited her at the training ground. Harrow didn't even look at Gideon and she was about to leave after a bow.

"Please stay, actually I need your help, Nova. I need you to fight with some guys to test my new theorem."

There was something in Gideon's smile that made Nova's blood boil.

"Do you really think am I that stupid? If I want to be your cavalier primary ..."

"Then you are the only one who has every reason to fight my constructs. How do you want to protect me if you can't even defeat me? Fine, I'm gonna ask Ortus then..." She added with a sudden idea.

"Please no, I will do it!"

Gideon summoned a few skeletons (some weird glowing rooting flesh decorated them. Harrow weirdly adored the fact that Gideon used the magic of the Ninth in a corrupted way. She wasn't a true daughter of the House after all.)

The constructs looked deadly.

Harrow already pointed her rapier towards the skeletons.

Gideon wasn't able to hide a smile as her constructs began to attack and her amazement when Nova fought them with patience.
These creatures weren't easy to destroy, the weird rotting flesh regenerated and kept the parts of them together.

Harrow knew she could only win if she kept fighting until the necromancer's exhaustion.

She was faster, stronger, and smarter than their creator and master (even Gideon has to admit that, Harrow reacted well to her every move).
The training ground was full of bone dust and torn glowing flesh. Semi-destroyed creatures lay everywhere and Harrow was tired but she was smiling victoriously.

Gideon was panting from exhaustion and blood sweats covered her face, but that smile was a rare miracle and she was glad to witness.
