Summary
Originally this fic was supposed to be one shots, so if you read this when it was just one shots... I'm so sorry. I'm turning this fic into just the BakuDeku band AU. But in this post war arc fic Izuku is quirkless and an underground hero as well as a singer. He and the DekuSquad are a team of heroes and they are also the band known as Veridian Vipers.I sincerely hope you can forgive me for the change on the fic, but I love the Band AU too much to not incorporate it. There's not enough Band AU fics on this platform in my opinion.

BakuDeku Band AU part 2

Izuku Midoriya had lost one for all a long time ago. Having defeated Tomura Shigaraki in his second year of High School. That didn't stop him from being an underground hero however. It also didn't stop him from pursuing a career in music. His friends, Ochako Uraraka, Tsuyu Asui, Shoto Todoroki, and Tenya Iida also took this path. Knowing how Izuku operates and not wanting him to be alone in any of his endeavors. After a while of being an underground hero and a musician, his careers took him back to Klayd where he reconnects with Rody. Helping the now, Detective with a very important case. They've been inseperable ever since. They just started dating around six months ago. And Izuku hasn't been happier. Only Rody himself, and Izuku know what's really happening with the pro hero/star.

"You really shouldn't be with me Izuku." Rody said again, reiterating the thoughts in Izuku's own mind. "You should be happy with Bakugou. He's the one you really love, not me." Izuku sighed, and twirled some of his green hair between two of his fingers. "Kacchan is happy with Kirishima. I shouldn't take that away from him Rody... he deserves happiness." Izuku trailed off. "Izuku, I love you. You know I love you, but... fuck... why don't you at least try?" Izuku took another deep breath. "We haven't talked at all in the past three years Koibito. You know this."

Now it was Rody's turn to be exhasperated. "That just doesn't make any sense Izuku. And you know it." At that moment someone came into the room to announce that Izuku and his band would be playing in a few minutes and that he needed to get ready to go out and perform. "We'll talk about this more later. For now, you need to get ready to go out there and give them hell." Rody said before adding: "I'll be rooting for you backstage. Now get going!" He grinned and ushered Izuku out of the door to his dressing room.

"Hello Kamino! Are you excited to see us?" Izuku asked the crowd in front of him. Their resounding screams of joy and adoration were enough to get his blood pumping and he flashed an award winning smile at them. "So, I'm sure you are already aware, but I released a few new songs recently and I wanted your opinions on them... if you don't mind that is?" He asked the crowd, and their screams were deafening. He smirked. 'That never gets old. No matter how many times it happens.'

The darkness of the place just added to the atmosphere. Izuku could hear his blood pumping in his ears, and damn if he didn't love the feeling.

.....................................................................................Katsuki's P.O.V.........................................................................................................

When Izuku got up on stage, Katsuki's breath was stolen from his lungs. He was breathtaking. His skin practically glowed in the spotlight that was placed on him, and from where Katsuki was standing he could tell that they spared no expense on his outfit of choice for the evening. He was... amazing. In that moment he was brought back to a moment six months after he had broken up with the deity in front of him. Hanta Sero had invited everyone to his house to announce that he and Todoroki were together and getting married. It had come as a huge shock to Katsuki, and it felt like ice water was being poured all over his body. He had started shaking, and yet he was burning up like he had a fever.

He had started dating Ei because he thought that Izuku was cheating on him with Todoroki. And now? Now that the truth was shoved into his face? He felt like he was going to die from the heat of it. A couple years later he and Eijiro were still going strong but Mina was added to their little polycule. He would have let them be a couple on their own... If they let him. But they told him that the only way he'd get out of it, is if he told Izuku the truth. That he still loves him, that he never stopped, that he's still smitten. But his pride would never let him.

He almost did. At a hero sanctioned event. He, and the rest of the polycule had been invited to the event and he knew that even though Izuku was an underground hero, he'd be there as well. But, when he started to approach him, Rody Soul had appeared out of nowhere and promptly greeted Izuku with a kiss... That he had reciprocated. Katsuki felt his heart shatter, and he promptly went back to his lovers. That had been six months ago. And now? Now he's not sure if Izuku would even want him. He himself had moved on... and so had Izuku. There's no way those feelings were reciprocated. At least, that's what he thought until a week or two ago. He had gone to a concert of Izuku's just like this one in Kyoto, and he had sang a song that, at first... Katsuki thought was about Rody. But that thought was stomped into the dirt when he revealed that he couldn't tell the person it was about that he still loved them.

He felt like his world was crashing and burning again, and as usual Izuku Midoriya was at the center of it. So, when he found out that he would be revealing some new songs at this concert in particular, he bought the tickets like a man possessed. He needed to know for certain that his feelings for Izuku were reciprocated. That Izuku still loved him. That the last song he sang about him wasn't a fluke. So he listened patiently, until...

..................................................................................................................................................................................................

The lights dimmed as Izuku played the first note.

"Come on in boy, said the skeletons, sitting by his closet door. Dirty secrets, Empty memories, and broken hearts across the floor."

Izuku's voice was powerful and captivating. Katsuki could feel his heart drop into his stomach. This was definitely about him.

"So you dragged me by my feet."

Katsuki gasped in shock, he didn't expect Izuku to write a song about the darker parts of their relationship and share it for the world to hear. But, of course that would have to come out eventually right? Izuku couldn't keep it a secret forever. That much was obvious. But damn if his ex wasn't sexy as hell on that stage singing his pain in the dirtiest way possible.

"And now that it's dead, I live in your head, and I will haunt your FUCKING dreams."

"No one will love you like I did, will treat you like I did. So go on wear that scarlet, letter. No one will love you like I did, will touch you like I did. So good luck finding something... Better."

And fuck if Katsuki wasn't hot and bothered just thinking about the times they laid in bed together. Shit, Izuku still had him wrapped around his finger didn't he?

"If you couldn't tell, baby's got a thirst for blood."

"A subtle system, wicked melodies."

"Craving bullets from his gun."

That, right there, was enough to have him grabbing hold of his two lovers hands next to him. Like a man deprived of water he watched Izuku's eyes flash a bright, luminescent green. And his skin prickled with thousands of goosebumps at the sight. He felt like he was going to have a heart attack. Izu was acting more predatory than usual. Nothing like the cinnamon role he was when they were still in school. To their credit, they didn't flinch at the grip he gave them. Instead their eyes flashed with recognition, and they smirked at him. In unison, might I add. Fucking creepy. He turned his attention back to the stage and felt his heart drop into his stomach at the sight. Izuku had dropped to his knees and was leveling a look at the audience. He was the predator, they the prey. Katsuki shivered in recognition. Izuku had given him that look before. Many times.

"Someday you may find, that picture perfect guy."

"And I'll chase my words with poison."

"Until that day arrives, and swine take to the sky!"

Katsuki gasps in shock, yet again. This was a song for the depraved. A song for those who've lost themselves to love, and felt the after effects. A song based entirely on how Izu and he were together. He highly doubts that Izuku could get that same kind of push and pull with Rody Soul that they got between each other. There was just too much history between them for it to be anywhere close to the depravity he felt from his ex when they were in bed together. Izuku leaned back and his hair caught the light in such a way that he looked like he was dripping sex appeal. His small waist, thick thighs, and near fully exposed body certainly helped with that. See, he was wearing a loose fitting black T-Shirt. The back had holes going all the way down his back from side to side so his shoulders and lower back was showing. He was wearing tight leather pants with holes down the sides of them as well and black, spiked up combat boots.

"So go on wear that scarlet, letter."

"No one will love you like I did."

"Will FUCK you like I did."

"So good luck finding something... Better."

Katsuki would have stormed up there and told Izuku what he thought of that particular line, but he didn't because he was still holding Kiri and Mina's hands. Izuku stood up and smirked at the crowd after the lights came back on a bit. There was still a helluva lot of mood lighting, but it wasn't as dark in the concert hall anymore. "That's the end of my concert everyone! I do hope you enjoyed." He smirked and then SASHAYED off of the stage like he knew he was hot shit. Katsuki watched his hips sway as he slowly faded from view. "That man is going to be the death of me..." He muttered.

......................................................................Izuku's P.O.V...........................................................................

"Rody! Rody!" Izuku shouted as soon as he saw his boyfriend. "Kacchan was here. Tonight." Rody's eyes widened. "Then we need to find him. You need to tell him how you feel! You've been in love with him since you were FOUR Izuku. Please." Izuku quickly shook his head no, but before he could say anything the man in question came around the corner, security watching over him. Izuku looked him over, and was about to say something about guests not being allowed backstage before he recognized the tag of a meet and greet pass. "The squad dragged me here and got backstage passes." He muttered, and that's when Izuku noticed Kirishima and Mina. Before Katsuki, or Izuku could say any more to each other... Rody made eye contact with Kiri and Mina and suddenly Katsuki and Izuku were locked in his dressing room. "You aren't getting out of there until you sort your shit." He heard Rody say through the door. "Rody, no. You don't... Please don't do this to me." Izuku pled through the door. "You too Bakubabe. You know the rules." Mina said in a sing song tone through the door.
