Summary
As Twilight battles with her PTSD & Anxiety she ends up overworking from studying, planning plays, taking photos and struggling with her mental health, but when she gets sick her best friends and (potential) gf are there for her and help her get better and the girls learn a little more about Twilight than she lets on

Okay as you can see...IM IN MUI MLP PHASE AND I REGRET NOTHING!And I absolutely love Sciset and adore sci-twi and she deserves so much better than what she went throughAU LORE: Twilight has a very neglectful family (except for her brother) And they didn't even say anything when she was getting mentally abused at her previous school and the bullying was getting so bad that she chose harsh ways to exploit her pain she turned to Sh and thought of worse things than that, (hence why I changed her normal outfit that she wears to CHS to a long-sleeved, white, 'preppy' shirt and her normal skirt) but lately, ever since she transferred to CHS she looked tired and she was so jumpy.

Sunset P.O.V:

Lately Twilight has been acting more and more strangely, she's so jumpy and hypereactive, and she looks so tired and barely talks anymore. Im really worried about her and everyone else is too

But when she walked in class, she suddenly fainted right Infront of me and everyone else. I immediately rushed up to her and kneeled down and held up her head while I screamed at my classmates to go get our teacher or some adult and call 9-1-1. Rarity and Fluttershy heard the noise from next-door and ran in to see what happened

"OH GOODNESS TWILIGHT!?" Rarity screamed as she rushed up to check if she was breathing and Fluttershy was trying to calm everyone else down while everyone was screaming and half of the class is acting like she died.

After a couple of minutes two teachers came in and one called the hospital while the other calmed everyone else down, after around 30-35min the ambulance arrived and took Twilight away. 

I promised I'd see her after school but everyone was a mess, I just couldn't get over how limp her body felt in my arms the drowsy ness she must've experienced, needless to say classes went by fast and soon I rushed to the hospital to go see how Twilight was doing.
