The two girls made their way to the bread place (aka a bakery) close together as they both forgot to bring jackets.
"Ya know, I was expecting warmer weather today, turns out I was wrong and now I suffer the consequences of my actions." Sighed Chaeyoung
"My excuse is that I simply didn't want to bring one, it's too much work to carry something I might not even wear."
"That's a valid excuse, it's just ah, I don't know, it's boring? It makes the outfit look different than what it's supposed to really look like."
"It's like wearing a puffy jacket over a really pretty skirt with a matching shirt, it covers it all up and all you see then is the platform boots and a big puffy person."
"Exactly! that in itself is an outfit but it's just not the one you had planned on wearing."
"I think we have a lot in common, Chae. Sorry, can I call you that?" She asked quickly
"Haha Yeah you can, it's fine by me. And I think you are right. Usually I'm arguing with people about what I think about something but with you I haven't even argued about anything."
As they kept talking they quickly arrived at the bakery.
"Look! We're here! I definitely recommend this one. It's sweet and very tasty. It's my favorite." Said Mina as she pointed at the sweet bread as they walked in.
"I like this place. It's very cozy. How did I never come here before?" Exclaimed Chaeyoung as she looked around.
She looked at all the breads and other things they had trying to figure out what she should buy.
"Myoui! Great to see you today. I wasn't expecting you to drop by. You look great!" Said the barista / cashier.
"Yo Lee! I didn't know you were working today. And thank you know how Nayeon is. She picked it out for me as always." Replied Mina, Lee or also called Felix, was a childhood friend of hers.
He went to the same school as her and Chaeyoung but they rarely hung out together since they liked to hang outside of school instead.
"Classic Nayeon. So what brings you here today? And is that your girlfriend I see right there? Did you finally talk to dimple girl and make her yours?" He Whispered as Mina approached him.
"What!? No! What i can say is it is her though, we just met today before the concert and have been hanging out since. Now please don't embarrass me in front of her. Her name is Son Chaeyoung."
"Ahhh I see, I see. Nice to meet you Chaeyoung. I'm Felix Lee Felix."
"Oh Um Hi! Nice to meet you too."
"Shut it Lee and please take our orders please. I'll call you later." Butt in Mina, trying not to sound rude.
"As you say m'lady. Now what can I get for you today?"
Felix took their orders and they left without a place to go to.
"Was that your boyfriend Mina? He seems pretty nice." Asked Chaeyoung as she took a bite of her bread
"What!?! Hahahaha! No! Definitely not." She laughed loudly, catching the attention of those walking around them.
"I just assumed since you guys seem close."
"Oh no don't worry about that. I would never date him. Or any guy at that Haha."
"Oh? What's that supposed to mean?"
"What do you think it means? I don't date men. I'm as straight as a circle my friend."
" So you're gay? Bi? Pan? Lesbian? Sapphic?"
"Yeah I'm what some people call a raging lesbian." She laughed "But what about you Ms chaeng? You dating anyone? A boyfriend you want to introduce to me?"
"Nope. What boyfriend? I'm literally gay too. My friends have told me I'm a dense lesbian though. I can never see when people try to flirt with me."
"Huh.. So, if i asked to hug you in a not friends way you wouldn't get the hint?"
"Yeah that's pretty much it. See that's another thing we have in common. Being the L in lgbt."
She giggled
"Aww that's a cute laugh, makes me wanna pinch your cute cheeks."
"Hey! Only my mamma can do that Ms myoui" She puffed her cheeks.
"Sorry Chae Chae, but you really are cute."
she smiled
"Enough baby talk, we should get going now, it's getting late."
"Yeah but wait. Can I get your number first? I like talking with you and I would like to hang out again."
"Sure. Here it is."
"Okay i got it! I'll see you soon?"
"Yeah! See you!"
Mina now has her number and had a great day. Now all she wants is to go home, and sleep. She can tell her mom about her day tomorrow.
