Chapter 1
Flashlight sat next to Caramel Cube on her bed, it had been a long day for her and she really needed someone to vent to.
Like usual, Glass Shard wasn't giving Flashlight the attention she needed. Caramel Cube hated him.
She hated how much he ignored her, how undeserving he was off such a perfect woman.
Throughout many conversations, Caramel Cube has grown very fond of Flashlight. Soon she realized she had feelings for her but of course, she's with some lame douchebag.
Caramel Cube sure to wipe away her tears and listen to every syllable that Flashlight would say. She'll always be her friend, no matter how much she wants to be more.
"I don't know- Today I tried to talk it out but he kept on looking at his phone and didn't say anything!"
Flashlight buried her face in her hands.
Caramel Cube had a hand on her shoulder.
"Flashlight, it's clearly not working out. You need to tell him that it's over."
"..."
Caramel Cube didn't wanna seem harsh but she had to tell the truth. He doesn't love her.
"You know I'm right Flashlight, he's not right for you."
"...What am I gonna do CC?"
After that something in Caramel Cube just broke.
She looked Flashlight in her very beautiful eyes, leaned in, and kissed her.
It lasted for a few seconds before Flashlight quickly pulled away.
It was a mistake.
They went silent.
Caramel Cube didn't know what to think. The kids but lovely but if it upset Flashlight...
"What did you do that..."
"Huh?"
Caramel Cube watched as Flashlight stood up and walked out the door.
She could feel her heart sink, it hurt but she understood.
It wasn't rejection, it just wasn't the time.
She didn't know how their friendship would move on from that but she hopes they could just forget it and keep things normal.
Even if it meant never taking things to the next level, as long as Flashlights okay.
