A- April?
He wakes up. Frantically gasping, reaching for something, someone, who isn't there. His breaths are shallow and quick as he tries to calm down, grasping for his scarf like a lifeline. As he goes to sit up, he realizes his prosthetic arm is gone. He sits up, scanning his surroundings, trying to see where he is. As he surveys the area, he sees he's in an alleyway. It's dark, (or as dark as New York gets at night). His breaths slow as he calms down, and he attempts to stand. His knees are wobbling, but he stands up, leaning on the nearest wall for support.
‘Im, in the past’ He realizes.
Tears prick at his eyes, but he blinks them away, donning a stone-hard face, and looks around more, trying to figure out just where he is, and where he could go. He decides to head up a near fire escape, and scans the city from on top of the building.
He doesn’t believe what sees. A New York with lights and music and people and- and not even a hint of Kraang!
The city looks beautiful, and he has to stop himself from crying yet again. It takes a while, but he eventually gets himself together and does what he’s always done: start looking.
After searching for a bit, he spots a familiar apartment building.
April
He adjusts his footing, and readies himself to hop towards her apartment. He jumps across a gap, reminiscing of when he was doing this when he was younger
Before the kraang he grimaces.
As he makes his way to April’s window, he pauses, and looks into the window under her and sees a familiar goat yokai. His breath hitches as he watches Draxum make himself dinner. He can feel his eyes prick as he turns away, continuing to climb up to April's via fire escape.
He looks into the window at the one of the few people that survived with him, thinking about her, Commander O'Neil, fighting spirit of the resistance.
Leo! Go! Make sure Casey makes it! Me and Todd can handle ourselves, so get out of here!
He doesn't even know if she survived the final attack, or if she was taken as a prisoner and turned into a kraang zombie. He doesn't realize that while he's thinking, something saw him, a certain yellow and blue tusked cat. Mayhem starts towards the window, eyes shining with… recognition? Leonardo perceives the movement, and locks eyes with Mayhem. As he stares, April starts towards Mayhem.
"What is it, buddy?" She asks, not yet noticing Leonardo in the window. She then spots Leonardo’s shadow, and slowly looks up at him, wide-eyed, finally settling on his red crescent-shaped marks on his eyes. Leonardo, too busy watching Mayhem and reminiscing about the past-
Present?
- he thinks about Mayhem, and April… Commander O’Neil a voice in the back of his head whispers. He doesn't see the shadowy figure creeping up behind him until-

April didn't know what to think. All she knew was an older version of her little brother was here in herhome, and it was her top priority to find out why. He may be from the future, but it was an apocalyptic future. He could be very dangerous and her job as big sister was to protect her brothers. (Cj said he died, how is he here??)
After sitting for a second and just, staring at this… older Leo, (man, he looked so old) she finally called her brothers.
