Spock x T’Pring SNW

T'Pring sat on the couch of her small apartment, she and Spock have been discussing about moving in together but haven't had the time since Spock was away a lot more recently, she picked up her PADD and attempted to call Spock again knowing that he was usually done with work by now but he didn't answer so she sent him a message.

T: Spock we must speak, I have important news.

She turned off her PADD and leaned back, she knew what she was getting into when she married Spock but it didn't stop her from feeling deep down that he saw his job was more important than her, she sighs and lays back, looking down at the positive test in her hand.

She'd been trying to reach Spock for nearly a month now to tell him the news and even when she had an opportunity to speak with him something always came up before she could tell him.

She placed her hand on her stomach, there was a bare hint of a bump but nothing too obvious, she hadn't had a chance to tell anyone, her parents had past away years ago and she had no siblings, she also hadn't been able to talk with anyone in Spock's family either, but it made sense since they lived in a different city and T'Pring didn't feel as though it was right to tell Spock's parents or any of his family members first.

Later that night as she was cooking her home PADD let her know she had an incoming hologram call, hoping it was Spock she answered, "computer Accept call" she let the pot sit on the stove, as the PADD projected the person on the other end. "Spock, it's nice to be able to speak to you" she fought with the urge to smile, it was harder to keep her emotions hidden in her current state. "I cannot speak long T'Pring I just wanted to let you know that the enterprise will be docking at starbase 3 in 2 weeks" Spock spoke, 2 weeks? T'Pring thought, she would be two months along then. "I will see you there but Spock there is something urgent I must tell you-" Spock interrupted her. "My apologies T'Pring but I must go now" she walked over to his hologram. "Spock wait-" he ended the call.

T'Pring sighs and finishes cooking the Plomeek soup, it had been the only thing she could keep down for the past month and a half.
After dinner she started making preparations to travel to starbase 3 to see Spock.

She shivered ever so slightly at the colder temperature on the base as she walked around looking for Spock, positive that he would be here by now, T'Pring was about to walk over to a small lounge area when she saw Spock walking towards her. "Hello my Th'y'la" he said stopping in front of her and taking in her appearance.
T'Pring was glowing, looked tired, was paler than usual and was shivering more than usual, she felt his concern across their bond and she sent back reassurance. "I'm... alright Spock, I only have something very important to tell you" she said lowering her head, he raised a brow at her less than logical speech but nodded. "Let's go to my quarters first I assume you'd prefer the temperature there" she nodded and they walked over to the transporters and beamed onto the Enterprise.

As they walked they got a lot of looks from other crew members as they walked past when they finally reached his quarters she sat down on the bed and finally started to relax. "Ashayam you seem more tense than normal... does this have to do with the important news?" Spock sits next to her and tentatively wraps an arm around her, he raised his brow when he realised her clothes were bigger than normal. "Yes Spock" she relaxes into his hold which wasn't unusual but not common or normal for T'Pring unless she was very stressed. "I'm pregnant Spock, 2 months today." Her voice was soft as she watched his expression and monitored his emotions through the bond. "We are expecting?" He lights up a little not very noticeable to the naked eye but T'Pring could feel his happiness and hopefulness through the bond. "Yes we are" Spock holds up his fore finger and middle finger and she does the same pressing their fingers together. "I rejoice that we are expecting parents and I rejoice that you are with me" he held her close and she happily excepted it.
"I rejoice with thee" she responded.

As the months past T'Pring and Spock told his parents and when, at 5 months pregnant, T'Pring had accidentally brought up her troubles with keeping down food while having a conversation with Amanda, "I felt the same way with Spock any smell of food made me sick but chamomile tea helped with the nausea maybe you should try it" She had suggested and T'Pring tried it noticing that an hour after drinking her first cup she felt a little better.

When T'Pring had reached the beginning of the third trimester she had a lot less energy and her bump had grown extremely large, she looked as though she was 9 months pregnant instead of 7.
She spent most of her free time sleeping after work or on some occasions when Spock wasn't busy they would call and talk, they had finally moved in together last month but we're still trying to figure out how they wanted the nursery, T'Pring had insisted they decorate it instead of leaving the room plain and boring.

She was on call with Spock one day looking at the different colour samples of paint before she ordered a Colour they decided on. "What about this light Sage colour Spock? Or this light chestnut colour?" She said showing him the colours, T'Pring and Spock had decided to do the bottom half of the walls a specific colour and the top half white then add shelves between the two colours but they were having difficulty choosing a colour. "Those two colours would not go well with the cradle perhaps a bright blue colour K'diwa?" Spock suggested.
T'Pring shook her head just as a gust of wind blew through the open windows of the house and blew some of the samples onto the floor.

She reached down to pick up the coloured sheets of paper when she noticed one of them stand out, T'Pring put the sheets down and picked up the one she liked, "what about this yellow colour?" She showed him the light yellow colour.
Spock nodded. "That is a beautiful colour, I think it would fit perfectly in the nursery" just as they were talking about other baby things Spock heard the red alert sirens of the ship. "T'Pring I must go the ship is on red alert" his hologram from quickly getting up from its seat. "Be careful Ashalik" T'Pring said as Spock ended the call.

She sat on the couch as she worried for his safety, hoping that he would return to her in one piece but knowing Spock he probably would earn a new scar or two for her to admire while they were in bed, T'Pring loved Spock's scars they always reminded her of how brave he is but she didn't like him getting hurt.

After a week of no word from Spock T'Pring grew more worried and made a rash decision to call captain Pike. "Hello captain" she said as he answered the call, "T'Pring! I wasn't expecting your call, what's the problem?" Pike said noticing her worried look. "Is Spock alright? I haven't heard from him in since a week ago" T'Pring was tense. "I suppose Sarek and Amanda didn't tell you," "Tell me what?" She asked. "Spock was injured while we were fighting with some hostiles last week, he will live but as of now he's still unconscious but on a better note the doctor says he should be awake any day now" T'Pring winced when she heard her bond mate was injured and hoped the captain and doctor were right, for their baby's sake and for hers.

As time went by Spock woke up and was on the road to recovery and by the time he was fully healed T'Pring was 8 months pregnant.

She had taken some maternity leave from work and she slept more often, Amanda had come to stay with her at Spock's request, so her mother-in-law had told her to stay in bed and would bring her food and water whenever she was awake but these last few days T'Pring had been experiencing contractions and thinking they were just braxton hix contractions she ignored them until in the middle of the night she woke up from the pain and attempted to get up but just as T'Pring sat up, her water broke, she called out for Amanda and held her bump, not now! It's too early!

Amanda came rushing into the room at that moment, "T'Pring is everything alright?" She noticed the wet bed and floor, "It's time" T'Pring managed to get out through clenched teeth, this hurt more than she thought it would.

Amanda helped T'Pring get out of bed and helped her to the birthing room they had set up not too long ago, "it's too early the baby isn't due for another 2 months!" She cried, something felt off about this and the mother to be didn't like the feeling. "I know sweetie I know but if you don't deliver now this baby won't survive" Amanda helped T'Pring remove her robe and get into the birthing pool they had set up. "What about Spock? He needs to know" Amanda noticed her daughter-in-law's nervousness and anxiousness. "I'll try to call Spock but you need to focus on staying calm and delivering this baby, it'll all be okay I promise I'll be right here" she put a hand on T'Pring's shoulder as she nodded and breathed.

Amanda left the room to get T'Pring something and other things they might need as she also tried to call Spock multiple times but he didn't answer so finally she sent her son a message.

A: Spock answer your PADD your wife is in labour!

After sending the message she called T'Pring midwife to come help them and after getting off the call she heard some sort of scream coming from the room, noticing that it wasn't T'Pring's, she rushed into the room and saw her new grandchild being held by their mother. "Their beautiful T'Pring" Amanda smiles. "It's a boy" T'Pring said as she put a hand on her bump. "And he's notably not alone" Amanda rushed over at that and took her grandson from her and wrapped him up as her daughter-in-law focused on delivering the next baby.

After 30 minutes Spock called and Amanda answered quickly as T'Pring was pushing their second child out and into the world. "T'Pring!" holographic Spock was quickly by his wife's side as she turned to face with with a pained expression on her face. "No more intercourse" T'Pring said before pushing on the next contraction. "Spock," Spock looked up at his mother's voice, "it's multiples" She said as Spock noticed his son cradled in his mother's arms.

Spock's chest swelled with pride but he quickly returned his attention to T'Pring and noticed something was off, "Ashal are you alright?" She shook her head and groaned in pain before laying back just as Amanda had left the room after hearing the doorbell ring.

After a few minutes Amanda returned with the midwife right behind her, the midwife listened to Spock's concern about something being wrong and decided it would be logical to check and discovered the problem. "The baby is stuck we must get you to a hospital" Spock and T'Pring looked at each other with worry in their eyes as Amanda grabbed T'Pring a robe and hung up on Spock.

5 hours after the events and the second baby being born healthy after an emergency c-section, Sarek had arrived at hospital to meet his grandchildren and be there for their mother.

Sarek walked into the room and noticed Amanda holding the twins as their mother slept, Amanda saw Sarek walk in and smiled as he walked over. "Sarek meet your grandsons" Sarek looked down at the two small infants. "I wish to hold one of them" he said as he held out his arms to Amanda.
She giggles and hands over one of the boys to him, Sarek gently holds the baby as he squirms to get comfortable, as Sarek and Amanda were doting over their grandsons Spock walked in and looked over at his parents. "Spock your here!" Amanda exclaims softly, "we were on our way to the docks when I received your message" he looks over at his sleeping wife. "She's fine Spock go to her" Spock looked at his mother and raised a brow. "Fine has many different variables mother" Amanda rolls her eyes and Spock walks over to be at T'Pring's bedside.

Soon Amanda and Sarek left and Spock walks over to his sons, one of them squirms and opens his eyes, looking at Spock, he stares at his son in shock as he noticed his blue eyes.

Spock picks the infant up and holds him carefully in his arms not noticing T'Pring waking up behind him. "Spock?" He heard her raspy voice and turned around walking over to her with the infant in his arms. "Our sons are beautiful tal-kam"

T'Pring smiles slightly "bring them to me" Spock nods and hands over the one he is currently holding before walking to the other side of the room the retrieve their other son.

As Spock hands him over to T'Pring after holding him for a few minutes T'Pring speaks, "We must name them Ashayam" Spock nods, "How about for our blue eyed son we name him Turak?" T'Pring smiles a not-so-smile "and Tevik for the other" Spock nods. "They are beautiful Taluhk, just like their mother" T'Pring blushes softly. "And like you Th'y'la"
