Lunch break
"Guys, the teacher didn't stop digging into my brain" Yuta sighed and came to sit with the group.
They sat behind the sports hall on the back benches, because there was too much of a mess in the dining room, and all the students made a mess and Panda could see some of the students starting a food fight, what seriously? What are we in the Disney series?
"Tell me about it, my teacher didn't come today and instead we got a substitute teacher, and that was the principal" Yuji shouted dramatically as if he was now acting out the show of his life
Panda couldn't help but respond
"what????" Did he say something?” Panda yelled startling Toga who was half asleep leaning against Yuta
"You need to calm down. No one cares that you're the school principal's son, and I'm also pretty sure that almost no one knows except for us," Yuta continued with the aim of calming the other boy down.
"Tell me who else was called to talk to this policeman?" Megumi asked quietly that hardly anyone could hear
"Oh, yes, I was asked about an hour ago, I think" Yuji said looking a bit confused
Toga sign in sign language and he was also asked
"Me not yet, but I'm sure they'll ask me in the next lesson," Yuta spoke
"What questions did they ask you?" Megumi asked
"Just as usual where were you last night or personal connections to the victims" Yuji spoke quickly with sarcasm
"Everything okay? What did they ask you" Yuji asked and seemed to be worried about his friend
"Yes, it's just that I'm just stressed, I think" Megumi spoke shyly
Yuuji pulled Megumi closer to him
"Hey, tell me, hasn't this reporter been looking at us for a long time?" Yuta broke the moment
Panda and the rest rushed to look at the area Yuta was talking about and saw the writing in question. Megumi realized that this is the same person who was in Gojo's graduation photo and he keeps thinking he knows him but why?
Yuta understood Megumi's discomfort and offered to enter the school
"Leave him alone, he's probably just looking for titles for his article or for some students to interview" Panda spoke quickly
"Anyway, Maki told me that she will come to school tomorrow together with Nobra and she said that if any of us show any mercy towards her she will really beat him" Yuta spoke after seeing the message that Maki sent him
"Seriously this woman scares me" Yuuji spoke what everyone was thinking
and heard the relief of "yes"
They advanced towards the school but were stopped by none other than the mysterious reporter.
"Hello, I'm Suguro Geto, what can you say about the murder of your classmate?" He moved the microphone closer toward Megumi.
Megumi was just coming to tell him to go fack himself but Yuji was already ahead of him.
"Don't you have a life other than bothering a bunch of teens?" The teen in question spoke, and Megumi could see that he was very close to hitting the reporter. But the reporter didn't care or simply ignored him and came back with another question for Magumi.
"You are a relative of the murdered woman, how does that make you feel?" Megumi can feel the veins almost bursting out of his friend's head and Yuta is very close to shoving the camera into his face.
"Suguru?" A voice behind the boys appeared, and the voice was none other than Gojo, what is he doing here? How does the reporter know his father? Megumi wondered to himself.
The reporter flinched but he didn't stay like that for long, and returned to his usual pattern.
"Satoru...how good to see you again" Getou looked hesitant on how to continue the conversation, and Megumi and his friends watched the whole drama.
"What are you doing here" Gojo shouted in a tone that Megumi never shouted.
"Calm down, I just want to cover this case" the other continued.
"In the survey you're going to get famous, aren't you" Gojo's words were almost venomous.
"You of all people should understand this" Geto looks angry but also has a guilty face on his face, but not because of this article, that blame was towards Gojo, "Oh that's strange"
"Well forget about it, what are you doing here? I saw that there are enough policemen at this school so I don't think you should come here either, wait are you still a policeman?"
"Yes, and I'm here to bring my son home" Gojo looked very tired.
It is important to note that Ghetto was very shocked by the white-haired man's words.
"son?" He almost mumbled the word.
"Yes son" he spoke looking expressionless.
"So who is your son?" The words seem like he was betrayed, Megumi was just watching the unfolding drama.
"Oh, I can't with you, first you come back here after 11 years and now you play it hurt, it's hypocrisy" Gojo looks very sad and angry.
Then Panda coughed and stopped the two men's fight
"Oh I didn't see you here" Gojo returned to the character in this mask that Megumi always knows is not real, and is just a game.
"Yes, he started bullying Megumi and us" Yuta spoke first and Megumi thanked him in his heart.
Gojo went back to looking at the writing strangely.
"Stay away from my son!"
"Is he your son?"
"Yes.."
"but"
"Yeah I know but you're not going to bother him anymore do you understand?"
"Yes"
Then the reporter went away and left the boys and the policeman alone.
"what did he say?" Gojo directed the question at Megumi
"He just wanted to ask about what happened" he returned.
"Besides, do you know him, Mr. Gojo?" Yuuji burst into conversation, Gojo didn't seem comfortable with this question but spoke anyway.
"Yes we were in the same class in high school but now leave it at that, don't go near any reporters okay?" he asked and they all nodded their heads.
"What are you doing here? There are still two hours until the end of the day" Magumi asked
"The funeral is in an hour so I thought I'd take you early is that okay?"
"Yeah it's fine" Megumi wasn't that shocked by that because Gojo had really been very protective lately.
"Okay boys go back to class" Gojo said this to the other boys and Megumi could see how his eyes fell on Yuuji as if in a warning.
