622 years after the Second Long Night, the Targaryen's are still in power as the rulers of Westeros. It is now 927 AC, also known as the 'Roaring Twenties' a time period of wealth and excess where people migrated to the Capital City of King's Landing to find a more prosperous life. This story is about the lives of the teenage children of the nobility living in the city and their scandalous lives. This is a story about the rise of Dan Hill, the bastard son of King Baelon Targaryen who is anonymously writing in the newspaper about the scandalous lives of the noble friends of his half-brother Rhaegar Targaryen under the pseudonym 'Lady Whispers'.

This story takes place in a different version of Westeros if Daenerys hadn't gone insane and became Queen with Jon as her King. This story take place in the 1920's version of Westeros.
