Summoning My Demon (Fluff)
"Girl... Why are you running off so early? You only hung out for half an hour," Yoko questioned her friend with one eyebrow raised.
"I-I forgot I had some errands to run," Enid came up with a lie.
"And by errands you mean Ajax?" The vampire folded her arms as she smirked.
Enid rolled her eyes at the mischievous teen before responding, "Pft. Yeah right. He's just a friend. Besides, I have my eyes on someone else at the moment."
"Ooh! Have I met them before?"
"Nope! Only I have. No one knows about her."
"Ah! So she's a mystery. I hope you give me the chance to meet her someday," Yoko laid back into her bean bag while sipping some blood in a container.
"Maybe when the time is right. Anyways, I really have to go. I'll come back tonight, I promise," the werewolf waved as she exited Tanaka's dorm room.
"See ya later bestie," Yoko saluted back right as Enid shut the door.
The blonde, without hesitating, hustled to her room as quick as her feet could take her. She didn't want to waste any time getting to the dorm which she doesn't share. Little does anybody know, Sinclair has a secret kept hidden in her room. Once she entered the door frame, she closed the door and walked over to her desk. Enid opened a small drawer that held a box of matches inside.
On the floor in the middle of her room is a drawing of a pentagram with candles surrounding it. The lycanthrope lit up a match with the help of the box and went ahead to light each individual candle. After they held a flame, Enid tossed aside the matches and stood on the symbol.
She began the ritual and chanted in Greek, "Spawn, Wednesday Addams, ο δαίμονας του κάτω κόσμου, γιατί σας προσκαλώ να είστε εδώ (Spawn, Wednesday Addams, the Demon of the Underworld, for I invite you to be here)."
Enid continued saying the same statement until a flash of blazing fire erupted from the floorboard and reached the same height as the Nevermore student. All of a sudden, a humanoid outline was seen through the flames. Enid's eyes widened in amusement while the fire vanished and revealed the creature hidden in the inferno.
A demon with horns like a ram, large wings tucked behind, eyes very dark, and a slim tail with a pointy tip were presented in front of the outcast. As terrifying as demons can be, Sinclair wasn't afraid with this one specifically. In fact, she had adored and loved the scary entity for a few months.
She found a book in Jericho encrypted in Greek and accidently said the words aloud, summoning a demon from the Underworld. Ever since Enid brought her demon friend to Earth, she grew fond of the supernatural being. She solemnly found the demon, Wednesday Addams, to be extraordinary and attractive no matter if she turns vile or insults the blonde.
"You kept me waiting. What took you so long?" The demon crossed her arms and shot daggers at the girl across from her.
"Sorry Wednesday. Yoko wanted to hang out, and I couldn't resist," Enid gave an explanation to the evil spirit.
"I'm positive to say that you always hang out with that vampire friend of yours."
"Only during class and lunch. Sometimes after school."
"None of that matters anymore. Do you happen to have human blood? I'm quite hungry," Wednesday asked.
"Yeah, I do. I stole some bags of blood from the cafeteria just for you," the lycan beamed sweetly before retrieving the blood from underneath her bed.
"How thoughtful of you. You really care about my wellbeing," Addams informed the slightly taller teenager.
"It's pretty obvious that I really do care about your wellbeing. Why do you think I help people out most of the time?" Enid snatched the bag filled with blood and strolled to Wednesday who she handed the bag over to.
"Aiding people will lead them to taking advantage of you. The reason why I became a demon was because I hated everyone and would try to kill anybody that tests my patience or wants me to do something for them. You're pure, but I am not," Wednesday uttered as she unscrewed the cap attached to the bag and began sipping the red liquid.
"Keep in mind that I have been awakening a demon for the past couple months. I wouldn't call myself pure any longer," the werewolf informed.
"You called for me by accident. Then, you became interested and glued to me like a chewed up piece of gum. Never would I see the day I find someone who befriended the most feared creature ever existed," the winged beast mentioned, consuming more blood.
"Crazy, right? At least you make me feel things that I savor," Enid retreated to her bed and laid down on the mattress with her back against it as she clenched onto a plushie that was already on the bed.
"Exactly how did I make you feel things?" The entity traveled to Enid's bed and sat down on the edge of it with the bloodied bag placed next to her.
"If I tell you, you might end up not wanting to see me again," the bubbly girl answered while half of her face was covered by the stuffed animal, hiding the massive blush creeping on her cheeks.
"What makes you say that?" Wednesday placed both hands on top of her own lap.
"Because you've told me countless times that you don't care about anyone and that you don't express emotions. I'm afraid that what I'm about to admit is something you will despise me for," Sinclair responded with a wave of distress.
"Tell me, and I will say what's truly on my mind," Wednesday slightly whirled her body to Enid as she waited for her to speak.
Enid knew there was no turning back on confessing her love towards the demon. She is not prepared for the rejection that will eat her alive when it comes to the monster who has been generated. Her heart raced rapidly and tossed the plush aside to sit herself up on the bed. Afterwards, she made full eye contact with Wednesday and put on a serious face. Wednesday was ready to listen.
"I'm madly in love with you. My feelings for you developed a month after we met each other. It then grew to the point where I think about you daily and nothing else. It's difficult to get you out of my head. I like you because of your personality and attitude. Your beauty is a bonus I must say. I just love who you are and what you're passionate about. If you don't feel the same way about me the way I feel about you, I can accept it."
Enid kept her eyes on Wednesday after her confession. The beast noticed the changes of the werewolf's face from being neutral to filled with anxiety. Hearing the blonde declaring her love for the terrifying Addams not only brought relief to the lycanthrope but to the demon as well.
Wednesday longed to hear her lovable companion make the first move of wanting their friendship go to the next level. In all those months spending time with Enid had sparked a warmth and new sensations for the entity. It made her feel like she can do anything because of the effects of the werewolf's doing.
In order for Enid to know what Wednesday thinks about her admission, the demon brought both hands and placed them on each side of Enid's face. She soothingly caressed the blue eyed teen with her thumbs as her eyes locked on her glossy lips. Enid noticed Wednesday staring down at her lips so she decided to bring herself closer to her.
Without any hesitation, Wednesday took the lead by pulling Enid in for a kiss. Their lips were pressed against each other's as they continued moving their mouths to match the rhythm. Both of them felt the sweetness and pleasure being received for several seconds before Enid latched onto Wednesday's hands gently and slowly pulled her lips away from the demon.
The lycan leaned her forehead onto Wednesday's as she stared deeply into her darkened eyes. A tint of redness was visible on Wednesday's cheeks as Enid's face was entirely crimson. They took a moment to intake the event that happened between the two until they proceeded to speak to one another.
"I accept your feelings, Sinclair. You're mine now, and I am yours. You understand, don't you mia cucciola (my puppy)?" Wednesday whispered to the girl facing her.
"Of course, ο δαίμονάς μου (my demon). I'm really happy that you accepted my love for you. As long as I can bring you into this world, I don't have to worry about anything else," Enid joyfully claimed as she swiftly embraced Wednesday tightly.
Wednesday became stiff at first but slowly relaxed her body while wrapping her arms around her lover. She laid her head on top of Enid's shoulder, taking all the time to hold the girl. Wednesday, for once, feels grateful for only one person. And that person is Enid Sinclair.
