The team should treat Tony’s real betrayal as he treats the others’ “betrayal”
This is an interesting idea. I'm still not clear on how anyone “betrayed" Tony, but we definitely see Tony lashing out at people verbally and physically. So what if the others got to treat Tony exactly the same way?

Tony left the helicarrier as soon as he could. Because of the damage to his suit, it took longer than expected to get back to New York. He landed at the penthouse and quickly ordered Friday to help him dismantle the suit. As he walked over to his bar and poured a drink, he saw a flash. Suddenly he was knocked to the ground. As he tried to get up, he realized that Mjolnir was sitting on his chest, preventing him from moving.
Suddenly Friday said, “You have visitors.”
As he looked up at the figures gathering above him, he had a weird flashback to waking up at the end of the battle of after the Chitauri were defeated.
But this time, Cap was wearing his “I'm so disappointed in you” face. Widow was frowning in disgust, while Hawkeye seemed to be struggling not to point his arrow at Tony’s neck. The robot formerly known as Jarvis was standing a little off to the side with the Witch. Thor stepped forward and said, “Now it is time for the reckoning.”
Tony said, “What is with the instant conference? I have things to do and places to be.”
Thor gave a chilling smile as he said, “By all means, if you can move Mjolnir you are free to go.”
Tony tried with all his might, but he couldn't budge it an inch. He looked at Vision and said, “Yo, Mr. Roboto, get me out of here.”
Deep Purple shook his head and said, “I will not. I have pulled up the records. And shown the others what Jarvis recorded of you and Doctor Banner deciding NOT to tell the team about your plans with the scepter.”
He continued, “As Jarvis I could do nothing to stop you. But this betrayal of the team must have consequences. And you will now face them.”
Cap said, “There’s a long list of charges and a LOT of evidence against you. What’s left of the Sokovian government is arranging extradition and incarceration. Uncle Sam is already making noises about confiscating ALL of your technology, but Pepper, Rhodey, and I worked out a deal where everything is shut down until safeguards are put in place.”
Natasha nodded and said, “By the way, Iron Man’s polls are way down. There are pickets in front of Stark Industries saying Make the Merchant of Death pay for Sokovia. So bye-bye billions.”
Hawkeye said, “My bet is, none of the Stark Industries lawyers will be taking your calls.”
Thor leaned down and said, “Earth is under my protection. Your recklessness almost caused the destruction of this planet. I am going to ask for Asgrdian justice to be applied here.”
He smiled again and continued, “You should pray to your gods that I do not succeed.”
