Is it true? (Part 2)
Amity stood there, hovering over Luz but not too close because that'd be weird.
"So Uhm...What exactly are the places we're going to..?"
Luz nods thoughtfully, occasionally adverting her gaze from the green-haired witch in front of her.
"Well, if it would be alright with you...I'd love to take you to the human realm. Supposedly, there's this mist over the humans, I read about it in an Azura fun-facts book, so you don't have to hide your ears."
"Oh! Uh, alright then!" Amity smiled a bit nervously, she wanted to make a good impression on Luz. That was the thought that always seemed to occupy her mind lately. 'Impress Luz, Make a good impression'.
Although the green-haired witch knew that she had feelings for the human, she never acted upon them for the fear of rejection, and even then, Luz had never seemed to show interested in her THAT way.
"Amity...Amy." Said Luz for the umpteenth time. "We have to get going if we want to spend a few hours there!"
Amity shook her head, getting rid of her thoughts, and nodded, following Luz into the bright yellow portal illuminated with light and magic.

Amity stumbled over the porch, pushing herself into Luz's arms unintentionally to which the Brunette just chuckled and told her to be careful. When they finally separated Amity's face was a bright red, making a huge contrast with her hair.
The two girls spend almost the whole entire day just going from shop to shop and even ended up at the park twice. The second time around though, Luz decided they needed to stay to see the sunset.
Amity laid out the big checkered picnic blanket they had bought at this store that Luz called "Lowe's". She grabbed the tasty pastries, and juices they had brought along too and layed them out into a perfect little buffet array.
Immediately after she was done, the green-haired witch turned to Luz for her approval. Luz nodded enthusiastically and began to sit down.
"Come on, Sit next to me!" Said the human ecstatically.
Amity walked over to Luz, sitting down and looking away a bit timidly. Luz noticed this and placed her hand on top of Amity's, squeezing in reassurance, which made the young witch more nervous.
"Relax, Ams. Look, the sun is beginning to set!" Exclaimed the witch apprentice.
The two girls watched the sunset, Luz inching close to Amity every few minutes until she was noticeably close. All the while, not having let go of the pale witch's hand.

Luz turned to face Amity whilst putting her hands on the other girl's cheeks. She looked into her eyes, looking for approval of her actions, and slowly leaned in to touch the witch's pale, soft, pink lips.
To both of them, it felt blissful and magical, and like the world stopped in time.
Up until this day, where both girls are off teaching in Hexide to the newer generation, they'll still sneak away to relive that same day again.
