Leavening the pan and straights into the fire
Ron had no idea how he had gotten here. Well, that was a lie he knew how he got here, outside the wall. With walker who desires to devour and rip him apart. He left Alexandria behind after scaling the wall. That's how, but the real reason he departed is a different one.
The actual reason he decided to leave Alexandria's safety was that he couldn't take the looks he received after everyone knew what his father had done. As well as murdering someone, and beating him and his family up. Yet it wasn't the main reason why he left Alexandria.
Carl Grimes was the primary cause of his departure from Alexandria. Indeed, the 17-year-old boy arrived a few months ago and made his life miserable. Ron despises Carl, yet deep down, he was attracted to him.
Then everything went out of control and he panicked. A part of him did loathe Carl, and not only because of what had happened to his father or Enid. Or the fact that Ron has continuously lost everything ever since his family and he arrived here. There was more to it than he had previously cared to acknowledge, but he could now. He loved him and he knew that Carl can't love him back because he loves Enid.
And every conflict they got into. And not every conversation that ended in a fight didn't even involve her. That had to do with Ron's will to keep Carl. Oddly, given that he came dangerously close to murdering him, that wasn't done out of hatred. He held so much inside that his emotions became confused.
And it didn't help that Rick and my mom decided to start to have something. And it hasn't even been a month since dad had been killed. It's unfair. I am aware that he wasn't a good person and that he harmed us, but that only happened when he was intoxicated, and it's not as though his mother was blameless. But his father was wonderful and he loved us; he wasn't evil. Why then, do people not realize that? Yes, he did beat us. He did, nevertheless, love and care for us. Yet nobody notices that.
They only saw the monster that murdered Deanna's husband Douglas. He was treated like scum and forced out of his house despite everything that he had done for this community. His family lived there, but he was unable to see them.
So, yep, that's how I got here. Apart from Alexandria's fortifications. Into the flames from the pan. I did, however, take a few supplies with me. I brought some food and clothing. Unfortunately, I cannot take anything that could spoil. I did, however, several protein bars and foods with preservatives. That doesn't appear to be very tasteful, but it will have to suffice.
I took a hunting bow and a crossbow. Some knives, a long sword, and two pistols. and a bag that could hold them. Some arrows, and some books about how to make more arrows and use the bow and crossbow. Because it's been some time since I last use a bow. And some books about herbs and medicine that I think would help me.
That's about it. I took them in the middle of the night and climb the wall and took off. If the sign I'm looking at is telling the truth then I'm about a good 10 miles away so far. Walking all time did pay off and by the time anyone realizes that I'm gone I should be far away so that no one will find me.
But because I'm exhausted, I need to locate a place to sleep quickly. Before I'm off again.
