Arcadia Logo:
Arcadia: Arcadia was a game that turned into a sport created by Galahad Olivander. Gal in his first year of Hogwarts had the idea in his Transfiguration class after hearing how Headmistress McGonagall used the statues at Hogwarts to fight in the Battle of Hogwarts. Gal befriended an orphan boy named Max Storm and Victoire Weasley, the daughter of Bill Weasley. Max introduced Gal to a muggle game called Dungeon & Dragons. They used it as a template for Arcadia. With the help of Gal's Muggleton mother Diana Bishop Olivander, they created Golems called Avatars and these Avatars would be controlled using a Styler. Wizards would use Avatars to battle each other either in single combat or as a team. Dungeons were created so that wizards could use their Avatars to fight fake monsters. In his fifth year Gal went against his father's wishes who wanted him to inherit the wandshop 'Olivander's' but instead with the help of his mother created a business called Bishop Corp that later turned into a company to sell anything to do with Arcadia. Arcadia was first played at Hogwarts just any club or sport. Two years later because of the popularity of the game and with funding from Bishop Corp the Arcadia Professional Alliance was created. Professional teams were created to fight in a tournament. The Players that made their debut became known as the Pioneer Generation. The players wear a headset walkie talkie to be able to talk to each other when in a team or smack talk an opponent.
Avatars: When Gal and Max researched Golems they learned that it involved dark magic and taking a piece of your soul to put into them to give them life just like a Horcrux. To get around this they decided to make them from clay mixed with wood shavings and different type of wand cores to make them semi-sentient just like a wizard's wand. An Avatar starts off like a small clay statue inside of a crystall ball but when it is time to fight, the player places the Avatar on the floor and casts the spell 'Piertotum Locomotor' which makes the Avatar grow in size and come to life. To this day the process of creating Avatars is only known by Gal with a copyright contract made by a representative of the 'Advocates to the Wizarding World' (Wizarding lawyers) so that no one could steal his work not even the shareholders of Bishop Corp. With every year, Gal would create 100 new Avatars to be sold in Bishop Corp sponsored shops that sell Arcadia supplies. Now that 10 years have passed since Arcadia first started there are now 1000 Avatars in total. Each Avatar is split into 18 different types and some of them can be two types. Avatars may resemble animals, plants, inanimate objects, machines, human-life forms and/or more enigmatic exotic appearances. Avatars are controlled using a Styler. They can only attack when a Spell Card is slid through the Styler.
Health Points: Each Avatar starts with 100% health points and has a green glow around them. The lower the health points get the glow changes colors. Green when full health, Yellow when it's in the middle and Red when it is in the danger zone. This is the same thing with the monsters in the Dungeons.
Element Classes: Each Avatar is split into 18 different Classes and some of them can be two types. These Classes are: Fire, Grass, Water, Fighting, Electric, Bug, Rock, Ice, Steel, Psychic, Ghost, Flying, Ground, Fairy, Dragon, Poison and Dark. Most classes were introduced during the first year, but the Dark and Steel were introduced in the second year, and the Fairy type was introduced in its fifth year. The classes are based on the elements. There is a total of 324 possible ways to assign classes. All Spell Cards have exactly one Class each and an Avatar can only use the Spell Cards which match its Class. Except for the Normal Spell Cards which can be used by all Avatars. The class of a damaging move typically determines which Avatar it is super effective against, which Avatar it is not very effective against, and which Avatar it is completely ineffective against.
Styler: Stylers were created by Gal and Diana as a way to control the Avatars. The Styler requires the user to put their wand through the hole on top. Then point the Styler to the Avatar and say 'Vinclum'. This spell was created to bind the Avatar to a person. There is a gap in the side of the Styler where someone can slide a Spell Card, Potion Card or Gem Card. The Stylers come in many different colors. Most professional teams have their own specialized Stylers with the team's logo and colors.
Spell Cards: A Spell Card are cards with Attacks on them that are slid through the Styler to make an Avatar attack. Each Spell Card is divided into each of the 18 Element Classes. A Spell card can only be used if it matches the Element Class of the Avatar. The only Spell Cards that can be used for all of the Classes in the Normal Type cards. There are 900 moves. Each Spell Card has a type that determines how effective it is against various types of targets. Spell cards are tied to a Wizards magic. With each Card a wizard uses their magic as if they were casting a real spell. If you lose against an opponent than they are allowed to pick a Spell Card or Gem Card from you and sometimes even gold is won through battle.
Gem Cards: Gem Cards are cards that are used to amplify a Spell Card to cause more damage. Gem Cards can also be used by Arceus to change its Class type. The problem is that Gem Cards can only be used once.
Potion Cards: Potion Cards can be used to heal various afflictions of an Avatar. HP-restoring Potion Card can restore an Avatar's HP. Some Potion Cards can be used to heal an Avatar's health points, an antidote to poison, wake an Avatar that was put to sleep, heal burns, heal frozen Avatars and/or heal paralysis. The Problem is these cards can only be used once. If you need more than you have to buy some at Arcadia Sports.

Arcadia Professional Alliance: The Arcadia Professional Alliance is a competitive Tournament for the sport Arcadia. The Alliance is composed of 20 teams. The headquarters of the Alliance is on Level 7 of the Ministry of Magic. It is now a division of the Department of Magical Games and Sports. The Head of the division and the entire department was supposed to be Max Storm but after his death that position was passed to Victoire Weasley-Lupin. During a Regular Season the competition is split into three parts: Individual Challenge, Group Challenge, and Team Challenge. Teams can win a maximum of 10 points per match. Of the 20 teams, only 8 teams advance to play in the Championships in an elimination bracket. The two lowest ranked teams are relegated, and they have a chance to come back to the league through the Revival Tournament. The next season, the team that survived the Challengers League is entered into the League. Another team that meets certain requirements and is approved by the League is also added to the League. Individual Challenge: Three players and their Avatars from each team face off in a 1-on-1 situation in the order they choose. Each victory in this competition is worth 1 point, so a team can win 3 points for this competition. Group Challenge: Three different Avatars from each team are put into a similar situation as the Individual Challenge, but the Avatar that dies is replaced with another Avatar from their team that comes after them. The winner of this stage is based on which team is the last standing. When one team's members are all defeated, the remaining team is awarded 2 points. Team Challenge: This stage is a 5-on-5 battle with a sixth substitute Avatar on each team. Unlike the previous stages, this stage relies on the cooperation of the team as a whole. When a single Avatar dies, the sixth Avatar is able to come on the field, but they must come from the exchange area. The team left standing wins 5 points from this round. Championship: The eight highest ranked teams from the regular season advance to the knock-out stage of the season. Here, players compete to become the champions. Yellow Card: It can be issued to a player as a warning for breaking the rules. A second yellow card issued would result in a red card and is usually issued more quickly than the first. Red Card: It is issued to a player when they receive 2 yellow cards, or when they commit a huge foul. Players who receive a red card are disqualified from the current match, banned for the next match, and the ban can be extended. The Alliance has been going on for 8 years. The players first Year were part of the 'Pioneer Generation'. The players during the Fourth Year were known as the 'Golden Generation'.
All-Star Weekend: All-Star Weekend is a gathering of pro players on the first weekend after the end of June by the Arcadia Professional Alliance. The gathering features numerous performances, and the 24 pros that compete are chosen via a fan vote. Every year, Bishop Corp hosts the event, and some parts are broadcasted on the Witches' Glass and some parts are posted on Arcadia News. The Rookie Challenge Competition is where the participants are not chosen through the typical fan vote. As long as they have been a pro for less than two full years, they are qualified to sign up. Afterwards, they are allowed to freely choose any non-rookie player to battle one-on-one with them. The Player vs Pro Battle is where one pro player would come out and receive challenges from the audience. This is the most traditional event of All-star Weekend.
Challenger League: The Challengers League is a stage for ex-pro teams and upcoming teams to fight for a chance to enter the Pro League. Usually, teams that were relegated from the previous season's Pro League would win the Challengers League and re-enter the Pro League, earning the tournament the nickname of 'Revival Tournament'.
Teams: During the first Arcadia Professional Alliance 8 teams were created for the competition. During the first season the first teams were: Excelsior, Tyranny, Veridian Forrest, Frost Blade, Royal Style, Starlight, Jade Dynasty. During the second season new teams were added: Rosalia and Windy Howl. During the third season the new teams were: Heatwave and Seaside. Players that show promise are then elevated to the Pro League team. The Minor Teams are: Excelsior Dynasty, Frost Shield, Veridian Garden, Tyrannical Ambition, Little Stars, Misty Rain, Lightning, Void Walk and Team Heat.
Witches Glass: An invention created by Bishop Corp to work like a muggle TV. One Mirror records what is in front of it and with a protean charm another Mirror is used where a wizard can see like a TV flat screen. In the stadium a big Witches Glass would be used so that the audience would be able to see what was happening in the Dungeon where another Witches Glass would be used to record the fight. Around the mirror are runes in Elder Futhark. A wizard who had a Witches Glass in their home would be able to watch the fight by using their wand to tap the runes around the Glass to spell out the word 'Arcadia'.
Arcadia Wireless Network: A news station created by Bishop Corp for any Arcadia news. They also broadcast Tournament Battles so if someone cannot watch the fights in a Witches Glass, they can hear it over the radio.
