Lexa doesn't understand why her sister Anya has so little faith on her. She is tired of Anya pestering her with the same speech " Lexa you're an idiot and an useless lesbian , you're going to die alone." That's a bit rich coming from Anya who is 4 years older than her and is alone.
Lexa never had problems getting girls , she had her first girlfriend in high school then in college some girls flirted with her ; she dated a girl called Leah but with all the pressure of estudying and playing football their relationship lasted only a few months . After college she fell in love with Costia , they were together for 2 years before it became evident they were incompatible , so when costia was offered a job in another city , they ended their relatioship amicably .
Lexa has been single for a year , and her sister got the mania of playing matchmaker. Anya has tried to pair lexa with the worst candidates ; married or engaged women , an alcoholic , a republican and lastly a porn star who is Anya's neighbor . Anya is the worst matchmaker ever , Lexa would rather die alone that put her love life in her hands.
"Hey , sis ! Greeted Anya coming into Lexa's apartment .
"Hey ! using the key i gave you for emergencies ,again ?"
"Again reading ? " responded Anya irritated , looking at Lexa sitting on the couch with a book in her hands. " Lexa is saturday you should be having fun."
"This book is great .i'm having fun."
" You know what i'm talking about ; you could be banging a pretty girl , If you'd let me help you to find one."
"Help me? Said the brunette staring at her sister and raising one eyebrow "Like that time you tricked me into going on a blind date with the porn actress ."
" She was hot."
" If you think a bimbo with duck lips and huge boobs that fall to her waist because she doesn't wear bra , is hot ; we don't have the same taste in women." Lexa put the book aside and continued " besides everyone there was watching at us because she moaned like crazy everytime she took a bite of food to her mouth . I never felt so ashamed in my life and that's saying a lot concidering you live to embarrass me."
" Lexa you can't be so exigent , you are a useless lesbian."
" I'm no desperate anya .i'm enjoying being single and doing other things. "
" Like reading books and watching documentaries , " retorted Anya mockingly .
" Everyone has different hobbies . I don't make fun of you because you spend hours doing cross- stitch " smirked lexa .
"it's a great way of relaxing ...my job is stressing , and i need ..." mumbled anya nervously , then aproached lexa and begged her " You can't tell anyone ."
"Yes , i can." Responded Lexa looking at her sister with fierce eyes.
"I can't believe how ungrateful you are ! this is what i get for being a good big sister and try to find you a girlfriend."
"I can get dates by my own , thanks." Said Lexa nonchalantly.
" Hah! like that girl in the park you were trying to woo but she rejected you .You are such a useless lesbian."
"Rejection is always a possibility . You know it very well since you were rejected by 2 people last time we went to a bar ...and you say i'm useless. hahaha. "
"Lexa, you are a lost cause . i won't help you anymore.
" Oh , thank goodness ."

Some days later Lexa met a blonde called Clarke at pilates class . Clarke was new and was having a bit of a hard time with the exercises so Lexa tried to cheer her up .They hit it off and went for a coffee after the class , they talked a lot and realized they had many things in common specially their love for music , clarke played the guitar and lexa the piano.
Clarke wanted to listen to lexa playing the piano so next day Lexa invited the blonde to her apartment . Clarke brought her guitar and they spent a couple of hours performing their favorite melodies , as they also had the same taste in music , then ordered pizza and watched a movie . Later when they were saying goddbye at the door Lexa found the courage to kiss clarke and the blonde corresponded her .
Their first oficial date was 3 days later in a cozy restaurant . After dinner , Lexa drove back to Clarke's home . Clarke invited the brunette inside , put on jazz music and they made out on the couch for a while , when things escalated they took it to the bedroom.

Lexa and clarke have been together for 2 months and eveything has gone wonderfully .They went to concerts , watched documentaries together and had amazing sex . Lexa changed the lock of her door , so her sister couldn't get in the apartment , and gave clarke a key.
Clarke was lying on the couch , her head on Lexa's lap when Lexa said , " Clarke , my parents want to meet you. They told me to bring you to lunch on sunday . What do you think ?"
" Lexa , i'm excited to meet them , i'm a little nervous tough ...what if they don't like me "
"Don't be ! i'm sure they will love you." susurred Lexa playing with a lock of Clarke's hair. "My sister Anya will come too. I have to warn you , she thinks she's intimidating but in reality she's a clown and ...Clarke , there's another thing you must know about her ...she does cross-stitch "
