Summary

June just wanted to live her life as inconspicuous as she could, not draw attention to herself and try to get by to the best of her abilities. Those she chose to show others at least. But of course fate had different ideas for her. Damn her for being too nice for her own good and agreeing to accompany her not-friend and roommate to a club opening where she not only met one, but two of the famous Avengers. And one of them unfortunately took a very intense interest in her, an interest that would push her out of the shadows and into the light(FYI, Summaries are not my forte and I prefer to use only very few tags as to not give away too much of the story beforehand. Also, english is not my fist language so any and all grammatical errors are worth pointing out so I can improve on that in the future. Alright, rant over. Not a new chapter

Hello my lovely readers!

I'm sorry I haven't updated in so long, but unfortunately my health doesn't allow for much writing at the moment. I've been dealing with carpal tunnel for over three years now (at least that's the official diagnosis) and despite getting surgery last year, things have only gotten worse. I'm in almost constant pain, which makes writing for any amount of time very uncomfortable and isn't exactly helping my motivation either as you can imagine. Which yeah, sucks big time because I love writing so much and would probably do nothing else if it were up to me. But for some reason, my body has decided that I'm not allowed to do the things I love and there's no real end in sight as to when I'll be able to return to my favorite hobby. (I swear, not even going through chemo therapy for breast cancer in 2022 was as difficult to deal with than this shite. I'm really at the end of my rope because nobody seems to really know what the hell is going on, considering that the surgery that should've made it better only made it much worse.)

So, for now at least, I'm putting all my works on an indefinite hiatus. I just felt like I needed to explain a little bit as to why to those of you that are genuinely interested and also because I myself always hate when I find a fanfic that hasn't been updated in ages with no reason given as to why. Maybe that's just me though, but in any case, now you know.

Anyway, thank you very much for reading this little rant and I hope that one day, I'll be able to finish this story and all the others I've published on here. (And maybe even get to continue some of the over 500 other unfinished stories currently collecting electronical dust on my PC. Yes I know I have a problem but we don't talk about that.)
