Goblin
Wednesday walked out of her dorm and made her way to Eugene’s shed to test out the new suit and look for any malfunctions. The walk there was quiet because it was early on a weekend and 99% of Nevermore students sleep in on weekends. Because of that, Wednesday didn’t have to focus on anyone watching her but she glanced at her surroundings just in case. She made it to the shed and walked in.
”Hey Willa! Ready to test the suit?” Eugene asked.
”Yes. Do you have any information on the elf goblin?” Wednesday asked.
”Well, he goes by Green Goblin and that there is a human under the mask.” Eugene explained as he was replacing a button on Wednesday’s uniform.
Wednesday hummed and stood still so nothing messed up.
A few minutes later, Eugene was done, “Alright, just press this an move your limbs til it’s comfortable.”
Wednesday nodded and moved her limbs and head. There was also eye tracking because Eugene said that her eyes showed more emotion than her entire personality.
”If you wanna put your suit on just tap the button two times. I added a touch id-like feature just in case of any accidental touches.”
“Thank you Eugene. I appreciate the suit a lot.” Wednesday said making sure she thanks Eugene for all of the help he has given her weather she likes it or not.
“Oh right, if you want to take it off, just press the spider symbol on your suit.” Eugene instructed.
Wednesday nodded and proceeded to take off the suit. There was a pop up on Eugene’s computer.

There has been an attack at Nevermore Academy! All students must evacuate NOW.
”It’s definitely Green Goblin. I’ll lower the shed under and you can go fight him off. Be careful Willa!” Eugene said as Wednesday put on her suit and went out of the small shed.
She swung into the quad to find a flying Goblin and..Enid. Wednesday was sent into a state she had never been in before and the only way she could describe it was shock, anger, worry, the others. She didn’t know if she could save Enid.
Wednesday quickly thought of what to do and then she hopped off the large wall and jumped the Green Goblin. She kicked him in the shin and then the face making sure to do it as painfully she has ever done as a punishment for laying his greasy, ugly, and wrinkled hands on Enid.
She punched the villain so much he eventually passed out. She wasn’t going to make the mistake of walking away from the villain because this was the moment she could find out what kind of person would torture this town in such a way.
As she was about to pull the mask off, the victim awoke suddenly and threw Wednesday to the wall.
”You’ve got some nerve Spider-Monkey..” The green monster said.
”It’s Ghost Spider. Your half a braincell isn’t really doing any good huh?” She said.
The goblin scoffed and threw a punch at her which she caught and then she threw him on to the ground. She pressed her knee on his chest a pulled a dagger out of instinct.
”Leave now before anyone gets hurt” She said holding the dagger to the villain’s neck.
”You’re not getting rid of me that easily you stupid bug.” He said and a glider flew towards them in which Wednesday dodged with her spider-senses.
He hopped on his glider after getting out of Wednesday’s grip and he was holding a sphere in his hand. Wednesday didn’t know what it was but she knew it was dangerous. The goblin threw the ball at her and after an anticlimactic pause, it blew up letting him make his escape. Wednesday was thrown against the wall and was about to pass out but then she saw a blurry silhouette running towards her. It was Enid.
”HEY ARE YOU OKAY? DO YOU NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION?” The worried wolf asked.
Wednesday’s ears were ringing for a bit but she could understand what she was saying. Wednesday gave her a nod and started getting up.
”I’m fine don’t worry about me.” She said softly. She didn’t have to worry about her voice because Eugene had installed a voice modulator in her suit so she sounds different.
“What’s your name?..” Enid asked before Wednesday left.
”Ghost Spider.” Wednesday said and swung off into the distance.
A small smile emerged on Enid’s face as she realized what just happened. She was definitely brag about this to her friends.

Wednesday swung to where the shed was hiding and told Eugene on her earpiece it was done so he could move it up to where it originally was.
The small structure arose and Wednesday walked inside and took off her suit. Her injury was noticeable without the mask on. Though the Goblin strangely never threw punches at her, getting flung at a wall was no better. There was a bruise on the back of her neck and there was probably a huge bruise on her back.
Wednesday would have to get an icepack later when she got back to Ophelia Hall.
She walked back to her dorm and Enid was on her phone texting her friends. Wednesday couldn’t keep her eyes off the girl. It was like the lycan had casted a spell upon her.
Wednesday thought of an idea to put up a board of possible people who could be the Green Goblin. There thoughts stopped when Enid started talking, “I’m off to Yoko’s! We’re gonna have a sleep over. See ya roomie!”
She could finally head to Eugene’s and make that board. She just had to write down possible suspects.
